"Okay, okay. We're almost there", Yi said, climbing up the rocky mountain. She reached out and hoisted herself up. "Whoo! We made it!", Yi crawled and laid face-down onto the ground, exhausted. She felt her back. Yep, violin secured. And also juicy.

"I forgot how fun it was!", Peng laughed, holding a big blueberry as Everest rumbled, laughing as well as he and his siblings flopped onto the ground. He lifted Peng and flopped him onto his furry belly. "Hey Jin! You want this one?"

Jin turned and looked at Peng. Half of a blueberry slid down the side of his face. He gave a tired and a 'meh' expression, "You do not want to know where the blueberries have been." He looked at his behind and sighed, rolling his eyes while Peng and Yi snickered. "Buttberry", Yi smirked.

"Haha very funny", Jin grumbled, removing the two fruits.

"Hey Albin, Silver, White! Wanna play?", Peng beckoned the male Yetis over. Everest joined them.

The younger males looked at each other, then made their way to the pudgy boy. Yi set down her bag and sat, watching the males play while Snowflake and Pearl used twigs and sticks to draw on the dirt.

"They're having fun", Jin sat down beside her. "Yeah.......", Yi smiled.

"He shoots and he scores!", Peng yelled as he dodged the little ones and threw the fruit into the space of Everest's arms as a basketball hoop.

"Woo hoo go Peng!", Yi cheered. Jin clapped his hands while smiling. "I'm tired", Peng said sleepily. Everest gave a huge yawn. The other ones yawned too.

"Let's get some rest then", Jin started walking to a part where they were bushes and trees. Then he immediately changed his mind when he saw a lot of red glowing eyes. He turned around and walked back, "I'll sleep over there."

The babies climbed onto Everest's chest as he slept. They snuggled together and began snoring."Awww they're so cute!", Peng whispered. "Mm-hm. And so am I", Yi winked.

"Uh, I think I'm cuter Yi."

"We both are."

"I'm pretty sure I'm the cutest."

"Jin, please decide who's cuter", Yi demanded, stating at the male teenager who was trying hard not to laugh.

"Actually, I think both of you are cute", he chuckled.

"WHAT?!",Peng exclaimed in disbelief. "No way! Jin! I'm your cousin!"

"Ha! In yo' face Peng!", Yi said loudly with a bit of a male-ish-dj-ish accent. Jin smiled, watching his cousin pout while his childish friend rubbed it in Peng's face in victory. Kinda reminds him of him and Yi during their childhood. He laid down and sighed. "Are you that tired?", the teenage girl asked. "Uh-huh", he mumbled. Yi then heard soft snoring. She sat down and watched Peng climb onto Everest's chest along with the others. Everest's tongue was sticking out again. She giggled, lying down onto the grassy spot and rolled to her side. She patted her violin and fell asleep.

Jin opened his eyes and rolled over, secretly spying on Yi. She was snoring lightly and hugging her violin. He wondered if she was thinking, or maybe even dreaming about her dad. If she really was dreaming or thinking about him, he would be there for her. He knew she was sensitive about her family, even if they're closer now, and especially her dad. He knew she missed him a lot and would even sometimes secretly let a tear slide down her face whenever she thought of him or when something reminded her of him. Which was mostly her violin.

'I promise I will be right by your side, Yi. I'll be right there for you.'

Mr Burnish didn't know what to make of this. Yes, he woke up in a weird blue-green cylindrical tank with his hands tied to a plastic chair about -what?five days ago?

He was thankful someone actually fed him. What he wasn't thankful was wake up being cooped up in a tank with an oxygen mask on his face. And also the annoying questions the same man from the mountain that had darted him kept asking.

He wasn't going to tell, of course. The children would save him. He knew they would. But Mr Burnish really didn't know what to make of the animal heads hanging on the walls.  There were so many kinds; exotic animals, the common kind. Yi would be furious. He looked around the room, noticing the details for the first time since he came here.

The room was dimly lit and the walls were dull. There were boxes and crates all stacked neatly around. There was a normal sliding door where a goon would always come in and feed him porridge. (Yep, no kidding.) He scanned for an escape hole. There wasn't any.

"Well well well", a voice interrupted his thoughts. "So? You're still not talking, aren't you?" A slender figure came into view. He gave a small gasp. He couldn't believe it. She looked just like her. "So tell me; where are they headed?" The old man gaped at her, then shrugged his shoulders. The scientist felt like killing Mr Burnish on the spot, but he was still important. Mr Burnish had no idea where they had gone or where they might be. "How could you not know?! You're related!"

"Actually, Dr. Asla, I don't think they're related", the goon leader stated.

"I don't care! I want to know where the Yetis and the children are!", the scientist shook her head angrily. "You tell us, old man!", she shouted menacingly. The elderly just shrugged. Dr. Asla gritted her teeth and pulled down a handle-switch connected to the tank.

Yellow sparks flashed in the tank. Mr Burnish wailed. He tried to untie the ropes but it was no use. The electricity didn't strike it. "Uhhhhh, Dr. Asla? Maybe we shouldn't torture him like that, he's old", the goon leader was actually worried about the old man.

"That's exactly why I should be torturing him!", the scientist snapped, switching up the handle. "He's old! He won't be able to keep his mouth shut with that kind of shock! Now tell me! Do you know where the children and the Yetis are?" Mr Burnish raised his shoulders weakly and let them drop. Then he shook his head slowly.

"Ugh! You're no use!", Dr. Asla yelled and walked away. "Fine, let's see if they'll come for you." As the scientist and the goon leader left, all the brightness that was left was the glow turquoise glow of his tank. He looked outside a small window. Night. He thought about the scientist and the goon leader. He thought about this place. All he could do was hope and prayed that the children were all right. And how to escape, which seemed impossible at the moment.
