"We better go to Dr. Lee's clinic since we don't want public knows about Xiao Zhan's pregnancy..!" Hai Kuan speaks when he is driving Xiao Zhan and Yibo to hospital.

"Yeah... You are right! I'll call her to prepare the surgery..!" Wang Yong agrees. He fish out his cellphone and dial the number.

"What? Surgery? I mean... The doctor will cut his stomach??" Yibo who sitting on the rear passenger seat with Xiao Zhan screams.

"Of course he'll take the surgery, Silly! Do you think where'll the baby coming out? His anus?" Wang Yong scolds his son.

"Xiao Zhan? Are you sure you are going to give birth? Why the pain you experience is so strange?" Asks Hai Kuan, look at the rear mirror.

Arrive at the clinic, they rush inside. The clinic is empty and silent, guess Dr. Lee has closed the clinic for the public at the time Wang Yong called her to do the surgery.

Inside, Dr. Lee welcomes them with two nurses behind her.

"This way!" Dr. Lee says leading them to the operation room.

Everything has settled by Dr. Lee. The sterelized operation needs are ready on the push cart tray. Yibo laid Xiao Zhan on the operation bed. Hai Kuan and Wang Yong tail them into the room.

"Only one person can attending him..!" Dr. Lee shoves Wang Yong and Hai Kuan out of the room.

The nurse close the curtain and put the shed on Xiao Zhan's chest, so he won't witnessing how he's being cut off. Yibo hugs Xiao Zhan shoulder and holds his hand.

"I'm scared..." Xiao Zhan with a small voice, fight the fear in his chest. His grip on Yibo's hand tighter.

"I'm here, Shou shou... Don't be scared..." Yibo says with the tremble voice. God! I'm actually terrify here. I'm scared of the surgery knives and blood! Yibo internally screams out his fear.

Dr. Lee comes up with the syringe.

"What are going to do?" Yibo asks with eyes wide open.

"Inject him with the Midazolam to make him unconcious. So he won't remember the feel of surgery..!" Dr. Lee replies. Then, she jabs the syringe into Xiao Zhan's arm.

The Midazolam's effect takes Xiao Zhan to unconsciousness. Yibo stares at Xiao Zhan sleeping face. The grip on his hand loosened. Dr. Lee back to the front. gets ready to do the surgery. She orders the nurse to give her what she needs. Yibo peeks from behind the shield.
