Guo Cheng sitting restlessly inside the Court Room. Beside him is Fan Xing, then the lawyer. On the opposite long table are Halley and her mother then their lawyer. Today is the lawsuit that appealed by Guo Cheng as Chu Tian's biological father.

The Judge comes into the Court Room and the audience stands up as a respect to her. A court reporter tails her behind. The Judge sits on her chair and clears her throat. She looks at the audience one by one as if she wants to memorize all the faces that present in the Court Room today. Again, she clears her throat.

"Good morning, Ladies and Gentleman....!" she greets the audience with a gentle voice yet firm. She lowered her look at the files that she brings along. Then she continues to speak," So! today, we are here again for Florencia Wang Xiao Chu Tian"s custody. Again. Appealed by her biological Father, Guo Cheng," SHe turns her gaze at Guo Cheng then to his teammates.

Guo Cheng nods his head politely.

"DNA test result has proved that Guo Cheng is the Father of Florencia Wang Xiao Chu Tian..."

"Florencia Thomson!" Halley's mom interrupted the judge's sentence, which earns a glare from the JUdge herself and questioning look from other audiences.

"Mom...!" Halley whispers.

The Judge turns her gaze again to the file documents.

"Here written that her name is still Florencia wang Xiao," says the judge firmly. Then she raises her face and looks at the prosecutor's side. "Mr. Huang. Please speak up for your client's appeal...!'

The lawyer stands up and bows at the Judge and says thank you.

"Thank you, Your Highness. So, Ms.  Halley Thomson was pregnant with Mr. Guo Cheng's baby around 20 months ago, but she never told my client, Mr. Guo Cheng about her pregnancy. instead hid it from now her ex-boyfriend. She kept her pregnancy with her parents' knowledge until she bore the baby almost a year ago. But her parents didn't want the baby in their family and asked her to send the baby to the orphanage..." the Prosecutor attorney rants.

"Objection!" the Defendant Attorney interferes. The audiences and the JUdge looks at her.

"Your Highness, how can I let everyone know the conflict if the Defendant is objection with my explanation of where the conflict began?' The Prosecutor says.

"Objection declined. Continue, prosecutor...!" says The Judge.

"Thank you, Your Highness. So! As a mother, Ms. Thomson was feeling bad to leave her baby in the orphanage, where she is unfamiliar with the people there, and she also worries if her baby would fall to the wrong family. So. she decided to leave the baby to the people she is familiar with and has knowledge about, so she thought her baby will be safe and live happily with the couple who took her to their family...!' The prosecutor pauses. He looks at the audience that present in the room.

"So!' He continues but cut by the Defendant Attorney.

"Objection! Your Highness!  Here they want to appeal for Chu Tian's custody. That is no necessity for them to tell the people inside this room about my client's past!' the Defendant says.

"I take back my words," says the Prosecutor, before The Judge declares her decision. He takes a piece of paper from his file and passes it to The Judge. "This is the letter that the person, might be Ms, Halley wrote for the couple that became Chu Tian's foster parents for more than 10 months ago...!"

The JUdge read the letter.

"So what your client to appeal for here/' asks the Judge to the Prosecutor after she finished read the letter.
