I yelped as I was yanked out of the hole, Harry, Ron and Hermione followed suit. Draco had a tight hold on Harry, whilst Crabbe and Goyle respectively held on to Hermione and Ron. We knew there was no point in running away, they had already seen our faces. "Your office, you said?" Draco asked, looking at Umbridge.

"Oh no no, not these four. They're wanted in Dumbledore's office. The Minister would like a word with them," she smiled maliciously. The four of us looked at each other, eyes wide with fear, before we were each shoved forward by the Slytherins.

"Merlin's beard you don't need to yank me! I'm walking you twit!" I yelled at Blaise, who shoved me forward in response. We stumbled up the stairs into Dumbledore's office.

Dumbledore, Umbridge, the Minister and several aurors stood there watching us. "I assume you all know why you're here?" The Minister began. "Because of our little book club?" Ron asked, a chuckle escaping my lips.

"It's clear that you don't understand the severity and illegality of your actions! I suspected for months that Dumbledore was brewing something in this school to take down the Ministry, and here's the proof!"

My mouth fell open as I saw him brandish our sign up sheet, Dumbledore's Army scrawled perfectly at the top in Hermione's writing. "You've got it all wrong-" Harry started, before being cut off by Dumbledore. "There's no use in fighting Harry. The jig is, how you would say, up," Dumbledore began, standing from his seat.

"Months ago I instructed Harry and his friends to form this little group, train themselves up, for the pending war against Voldemort," Dumbledore began. "Don't say his name!" The Minister screeched.

"Sir you know that's not true!" Harry stated, freeing himself from Draco's grip. "We made it up ourselves, he had nothing to do with it!" Harry said, looking desperately at the Minister. "Now now Harry, there's no need to come to my rescue," Dumbledore waved him off, as he walked towards Fawkes, his phoenix.

"Right, well, for your crimes against Ministry, Dumbledore, you'll be taken away to Azkaban prison, pending a trial of course. Kingsley," Fudge said, gesturing towards Dumbledore whilst looking at Kingsley Shacklebolt.

"Oh dear me, there seems to be a bit of confusion," Dumbledore said, as he reached Fawkes. "It seems to me that you're under the impression that I'll, what is it they say... "come quietly?" Dumbledore asked. Everyone stared at him in silence. "Well I'm sorry to say, I have no interest in going to Azkaban I'm afraid," he sighed, leaning against a table. "No! No enough of this rubbish! Kingsley!" Fudge yelled.

I noticed that Kingsley was stalling, as he slowly made his way towards my uncle. Suddenly, Fawkes bursted out of his cage, and we watched in awe as Dumbledore caught him and disappeared in a burst of flames.

Chaos ensued.

The Minister was irate, as he ran around the room, Umbridge desperately trying to calm him down. Harry, Hermione, Ron and I all looked at each other. "Now!" Harry shouted. I quickly dug my elbow into Blaise's stomach, before kicking his shin and breaking out of his grasp. Hermione stomped on Crabbe's foot and broke out if his hold. Ron slammed Goyle into a walk, winding him terribly, as we all joined Harry.
