I walk through the dark hall, watching my every step. Blood surrounds the lifeless bodies, making me wonder how this all happened in the first place. My high-heeled boots and lightly hitting the ground, as I hear the noise of my own shoes I start to feel someone behind me. I turn around and see a zombie swing at me, I duck and start to run away, trying to save my ammo.

I slip in a pool of blood, feeling my head slam against the ground. I grunt, saving my scream, the zombie falls upon me as I hit it in the face with the back of my shotgun. I watch it fly back, I stand up and stomp it's face in. I feel my head throbbing, I hold my head feeling a thick liquid go down my face again. I wipe it away with my sleeve, I have to keep moving.

I find the locked room, and examine the key hole. Damn! I have to keep moving forward, I walk to the left seeing an office door open. I carefully enter, seeing one light shining. It was a computer, I walk it, and see a dark figure stand up. I aim my shotgun, and watch as his figure blocks the computer light. I shoot the figure, watching the body fall. I put my gun down and feel arms clasp around my body.

I tussle with the person for a good minute, before I finally get the upper-hand. I throw the body over my shoulder and shoot another bullet. I feel my heart-race, I kneel down and see if there is any key. Nope, shit..I go over to the first body I killed. I then see a sliver object. I grab it, and hear an explosion.

I stand up and look around confused, what the hell? I leave the room and make my way down the halls, turning and seeing the locker room. I run up to it, and put in the key, I open the door with ease. I then hear running footsteps, I point my shotgun and see Leon taking out zombies. I watch as he walks towards me relieved.

"Leon!" He steps close to me, being careful of our surroundings. "Did you hear that explosion?" He nods and puts his hands on his hips.

"Yeah..yeah I did. Why are you here?" I cock my head for him to follow, I see open lockers for us to look through. "I'm guessing ammo and guns?" I hum yes in response, we both split up and look around the lockers.

"So, I'm guessing you're here for the same reason?" He chuckles as I hear a key card open a cabinet. I find a pistol and grab it, checking how much ammo it has. I walk over to him and lean on the lockers, I stare at him, seeing him pick up a shotgun with ammo.

"Here." He tosses me ammo for my shotgun, I nod to him in a thanking way. "We have to find a way out of here, safely." I scoff and approach him, crossing my arms and looking at him.

"We need to get out of this city, safely you mean." He shakes his head and closes the cabinet.  He turns to me, making me notice that I'm standing to close to him. I gulp in my throat watching us stare at each other in silence. I then remember my past, knowing I shouldn't get close to anyone. I back away and clear my throat, making him do the same thing as well. "We should go." He nods and takes the lead.

We both walk in the hall in silence, wanting get past that awkward encounter, and to not attract anything. We both stop, as we hear some weird noise, we both aim our lights and look up at the ceiling. I slowly start to black-up, making Leon do the same.

"What in God's name..." I hear Leon mutter, I start to realize that it could move faster than we could. I start to notice how the movements of this thing, starts to go slow. It's going to pounce on Leon, I look over at Leon panicking. He only keeps his eyes on this stupid thing, I then push him on the ground, making us roll over on one another. I then see the thing holding onto the wall, it barely missed him.
