The shadow

The shadowy figure

Serena was in the floor, her parents screaming and trying to help Serena. She was on the floor, glass all over, her leg was bleeding, she was starting to get dizzy. Her mother rushed up to her,

"Oh sweetie, everything is gonna be ok."

Serena was losing a lot of blood, her head was spinning. All she could see was this shadow roaming and floating along the walls. She thought it was her parents, but it wasn't. Her mother was trying to stop the blood, and her father ran down the stairs to call 911. She was drifting off to sleep, but her head was pounding, and the shadow was still swirling around. It came closer and closer to Serena as she closed her eyes, but she couldn't close them, the shadow seemed to have a face, it was clearing, but Serena passed out. All she could hear was her mother, and the sirens of the ambulance. The police and ambulance came, they packed Serena in the ambulance, and the police went to investigate how the window was shattered. They saw, that there was nothing that hit the window, but it seemed as if the window was already broken, and it just shattered. There were no signs of the window being hit. The police left, and the house was empty. After all Serena was in the hospital. She woke up startled, she had no idea what was going on. Her head was pounding, and all she could think about was that weird shadow. Her parents woke up,

"How long have I slept for?"

"About 1 whole day!" Her father replied.

"Wow! I slept that long!"

"Ha ha very funny, now what happened? Are you feeling any better?"

"Yeah mom, it's just, I can't remember why the window broke, I kept hearing something tap on the glass, and it just broke!"

"Wow, that's interesting! Did you see anything else?" Her mother asked.

"No, I didn't see anything else!"

"Ok, well let's focus on you feeling better?

"Yeah, it's just that it's weird."

The doctor came in

"Since you seem to be feeling better, we can let you go home. Just make sure that you continue to stay off of your legs, that way it can properly heal. Make sure you keep your cuts clean. but other than that your free to go!"

"Thanks doc!" Serena's father said.

They drove back home, and went to the living room. When Serena entered the room, she felt different more heavy, and she saw something move! She sat down, and was about to turn on the tv and saw the figure move slowly toward her. She was about to freak out, but then her parents came in. They sat down next to her, and started watching tv and ate. They watched tv the whole day, they were going to go to bed, but Serena's room wasn't clean, and her bed wasn't ready. So she decided to sleep on the couch, she was getting sleepy, but still felt strange. She could feel herself being pressed down, her chest began to hurt, she tried to get up, but couldn't move, she was stuck. She started to choke, but nothing was there, it was like the air was choking her, but then she felt a gush of wind. She tried to scream, but nothing came out! She was being choked, but then it stopped! Everything stopped, and Serena fell asleep.
