Long ago, to be exact, 17 years ago, in a town called, Hudson, a daughter, a mother, and a father lived in a secluded home. They cherished many days and many years. One day the little girl went to play in her room, but saw a shadow. She called for her parents upstairs, but they didn't see anything. The girl went back down the stairs, to play with her mother and father. That night when they went to sleep, that shadow crept into the little girl's room. Something happened, something that couldn't be explained. The next morning, the little girl who was once happy and gleeful, turned to something dark. The pictures she would draw would be of evil things, when she played, the games were deadly, she became more and more strange. She wasn't the little girl her parents loved, the more the little girl grew worse, the more the parents were scared. Her parent had no idea what to do, they tried talking to her. But she would scream, and throw tantrums. Her screams were more like screeches. Her parents couldn't take anymore of this, they decided to get help. But that night, the little girl walked into her parents room, and scared them, but the parents were so scared, that they died of heart attacks. She was only 7 years old, she died because the shadow consumed her. According to the legend, you can still hear the little girl. But it's a silly ghost story, just made up. No one actually believes it. That is until Serena and her family moved into the house.
