Sewage Cap
Essence's POV
_ "Earlier this morning I received a call, saying that someone had given out blueprints of our armory to the Italian Capo. Things are only getting more serious from here on." explains Phoenix._ "We have a rat? Again?!" I almost run after him as he took big ass steps towards the exit. I swear this school can never be left in peace.
_ "I know this is not part of the intial mission, but I can't let the Italian's escape yet another time." Phoenix says, throwing on his jacket. "I've disappointed everyone enough already..." he mumbles.
_ "Phoenix stop. You are not a disappointment. Would you just let it go already? We all make mistakes." I try to reassure him.
_ "Our field allows no mistakes Essence. One wrong move and you're dead." His tone was awfully chilly and monotonous. "I'm going to find it and that's final."
_ "Then let us help."
_ "Absolutely not. You guys fulfilled your part of the mission. There's no need to risk your lives any further." Says our team leader.
_ "Phoenix you're hurt god damn it! You can't go out there alone. Not now. Just let me come with you already." I raise my voice slightly at him. "I enjoy the thrill of danger. Allow me to tag along. Please?" I muster up a pair of puppy dog eyes. His face immediately softens, but his body remains tense. As much as he didn't want me to come with, he knew he no longer had a choice.

_ "Any idea where he might be?" I ask as we set off on this cold grey morning. Phoenix motions to the back seat. I turn around to a laptop, which's screen glowed alight with a navigator.
_ "I placed a few tracking devices on members of the Italian mafia yesterday before I got caught" He explains. I reach for the laptop in the back and place it in my lap. A few blue dots flickered on the screen.
_ "A few are still at the tower. They must have been killed or held captive." I murmur to myself. Phoenix nods. "The others are at a... strip club? At 7 in the morning?" I retort.
_ "They must have gone out to celebrate. After all, their plan did work out perfectly." He notes.
_ "So what's our plan?"
_ "We wait outside the club until one of them leads us to their hideout." We finally pull up before the niterie.
"And we interrupt with some alarming breaking news." I increase the volume of the radio as soon as I heard those words. "We come to you with news about the extravagant fundraising gala that took place yesterday night. This morning, cops have reported a massacre at the Ostankino Television Tower, where both the most wanted Russian and American cartel leaders have been found dead, along with many members of their gangs and some extremely powerful business men and women. Witnesses say, the ball was interrupted when several gunshots were fired in the back stage, leading to the unfortunate and horrifying events that followed. Security footage shows absolutely nothing, and the tech team responsible for the investigation of this case, say that the cameras have been hacked by several devices that they still couldn't trace. With an average of 58 deaths and 70 injured, the police forces are working their hardest to solve this case and restore safety in Russia. What were mafia leaders doing at a fundraising gala? Who was affected? Make sure to watch the evening news for more details..."
My partner and I exchange glances. It's a good thing the cameras have been hacked, other wise we would have been caught. The moving blue dot on the screen catches my eye again. I look up only to see an intoxicated man in an all black suit stumble out of the night club.
