Everyone had one chance in their life - one chance to live, to love and to save someone. At least back then, Lisa was of the opinion that life gave only one chance per person, an unspoken rule one could say. But as she went on with life after her mother's death, a chance she thought she missed, Lisa realized that there were possibilities of giving yourself chances most of the time.

Truthfully, there was just one lifetime for each person, but endless possibilities in one. After seeing her mother's body in a coffin, Lisa thought there was only one purpose in her life: studying to work until death. A gloomy, one-sided lifestyle she believed in, but it changed as time passed. She saw light in the dark tunnel after getting to know Jennie, Jisoo and Juhyun, their presence taught her that her life was not over yet and it was okay wanting to live. It was okay wanting to experience the life of a teenager and though Lisa appeared to stick to her study-work schedule, she spent a lot more time with her friends than she did during her first high school year on her former school. Naturally the first year of experiencing someone you love not be there, was something hard to cope with and Lisa swallowed the hard pill by getting herself lost in studies followed by working in her grandmother's café.

The dark tunnel everyone once saw in their lifetime was inevitable, but there was also hope to see the light. Whether it was in the form of a person or an ambition, it was there regardless.

In Lisa's case the light was formed by people and the wish to do something meaningful.

And perhaps the chance to do something meaningful was right in front of her, but it was hard to distinguish fate and coincidence. Especially when it was connected to someone's life, Lisa did not want to believe that the life of someone was on the line, but at the same time a huge amount of responsibility refused to leave her shoulders.

The situation she found herself in was not an ordinary one, instead it was nerve-wrecking. While Jeon Jungkook, like every other human being, was bound to die one day she refused to believe his time on earth was due this quick. Simply the thought of something happening to him during her absence was painful.

She wanted to keep him safe, in fact she wanted everyone to be safe, however it appeared harder than anything else she had done before.

How do you keep someone alive without knowing the time, place and possibility of their death?

This was the harsh reality. Lisa was unable to foreshadow the timing and place, just the possibility of his death. Though the message on her phone was still considered a rather unreliable source, it made her slightly assume the time something terrible would happen was not that far ahead.

Why else would the note appear at this time specifically?

What was she going to do? Was there even a realistic chance that she could stop it from happening? Would that even happen?

Questions over questions and yet the most important one as of the moment made something click inside her.

Is he safe?
