Walking around the headquarters, you've begun day dreaming.

About how you became the ice pillar.

You were at the same Final Selection as Mitsuri's and she's caught your attention.

You want to be friends with her, maybe even more than that. Best friends!

You sat down on a tree thinking about your friendship with her now.

You guys have been best friends for a while now, it was really nice to think about.

Though, even if Mitsuri was your best friend, you still treat her the same way.

Cold.

"As expected from the Ice Pillar." Everyone said.

Everyone knew how smart and cold you were. You were almost stoic, too. You didn't get affected by anything and it hurt Mitsuri's feelings a bit.

You didn't know she loved you.

Trying to find Y/n, the pink and green-tipped girl thought that she may be sitting under a tree as usual, what she didn't know was that the tree was inside the headquarters.

Poor little girl was panicking. Where could you be?

She saw Obanai and decided to ask. "Hey, where's Y/n?" She asks, a spark in her eyes as she says so.

Mitsuri was also oblivious to Obanai's feelings, analogous to you oblivious to Mitsuri's.

"I don't know. Go find her." Obanai says coldly. He hated you. You would always steal Mitsuri away from him.

But he had to accept the fact that maybe it wasn't worth it to confess to her. He knew that Mitsuri liked you more than a friend. More than best friends. As lovers to be specific.

Mitsuri frowns as she doesn't know what's been happening with Obanai these past few days. Why was he so upset when you're the topic? 'Why is he so cold and distant towards me lately?' Mitsuri thought.

She sighed. Maybe Rengoku would be nicer and know this. Little Tsuri went to Rengoku and asked the same thing she said to Obanai, "Hey, where's Y/n?"

This time, she finally got a proper responce she wanted. "I saw her heading towards the headquarters." The flame pillar smiles.

Even though Obanai knew where you were, why would he tell Mitsuri? He knew she would confess to you. And he won't let that happen.

But no, it's happening right now. And he has to stop it.

"Kanroji-san." He says, firmly grabbing her shoulder, turning her around. "I have something to tell you."

"What is it-"

"I like you."

That silenced Mitsuri, before she smiles and says, "I like you too Iguro-san!"
