Loving Will

Chapter 17

It hadn't been long before we were interrupted by two older-looking people. They came to stand next to both of Will's parents. The older woman wrapped her arms around Vanessa and then Sam. Will smiled cheekily at them both "hello Grandma, hi Grandpa. How are you mother?"

Will's grandpa glanced at me before answering "I'm good, how are you, William?"

He smile increased "I'm great. Now that you both are here I wanted to introduce you to Carley."

Vanessa scoffed "dad, she his student."

The elderly couple broke out laughing "so, you forget I was your mother's teaching."

Vanessa shook her head "no I had t forgotten but your story was different. You also grew up together."

The older lady turned towards me "sorry for being rude Carley, I'm Lolita and this is my husband Tiger."

I smiled at there names "it's nice meeting both of you. I personally feel this more has to do with genes because my dad was my mother's teacher."

Lolita laughed "I think you may be right. It skipped something with those two."

Will wrapped his arm around my waist pulling me into his body. Sam shook his head disapprovingly "you have to see sense, son. Times are different, there is more at risk."

Will smiled "I will risk it all for her dad. You don't know her. At least take this weekend before you pass judgment. Her aunt is all on board with this relationship."

Dad was confused "and what of her parents."

I interrupted before Will could defend us further "Mr Peters, my parents passed years ago. My aunt has custody. My Aunt Sarah has to know about the relationship the whole time. We had dinner together nights ago. I know you are assuming the worst of me but I don't want any harm to com ego Will and your family."

Tiger laughed cuddling his wife "you sound mature beyond your years. I think everyone should go on their way and sleep on it. I don't want anyone saying anything they would regret." Tiger's comment was made towards Sam.

Will took my hand guiding me down the hall to our room. Lolita and Tiger stopped us "Will, your parents will calm down. You are an adult and you I know you, you aren't in anyway erosional. Have a good night."

When we got inside, I stripped to dress in my pyjamas whilst Will sat on the couch. His head was in the palms of his hands. I crouched down in front of him pulling his hands away "baby, you could t have helped how they reacted."

He nodded pulling me into his arms "I know, I'm glad my grandparents loved you. My Uncle Chris should adore you as well. He's my mother's older brother."

I kissed his forehead "I can go home if you want."

Will shook his head "I want you here with me. I won't let them try and scare us. I need you here, I won't let them win."

I wrapped my arms around the back of his neck "Rebecca likes me, we had a chat in the bathroom. I haven't really talked to Bryan or your sister in law."

Will smirked, "I am glad you are here, thank you for putting up with my family."

I laughed into his neck "you put up with my aunt openly talking about our sex life. Your family have nothing on her."

Will grinned down to me "our sex life, maybe we should give y family something to talk about."

I laughed evilly "what you bedding your underage student."

Will nodded pulling me into his arms carrying me bridal style over to our bed. He gently laid me down getting in beside me "I was joking, I'm not going to use you to annoy my parents."

I cuddled into his chest "I would have let you."

Will pecked my lips "I know but that would be selfish of me."

I could feel as Will tossed and turned all night. I got up at six the following morning, Will had laid beside me playing with my hair, I think his new obsession. He followed me into the bathroom watching as I turned on the shower. I quickly kissed his lips "are you going to join me?"

He nodded his head "yeah, it's going to be a long day. Tonight we have the rehearsal reception. The remained of the day I have to spend with the whole family, Olivia's included. I haven't seen her parents since she cheated on me."

I pulled his shirt over my head stepping into the shower "I'm sure they would love seeing you again."

Will stepped in behind me wrapping his body around mine "it depends if she told them she cheated or not. I don't care what they think of me, I have you."

I turned to face him "and I have you."

His hands ran over my hips "how much I want to take you in this shower right now. But, I need to be good. We are due at breakfast in twenty minutes."

I brought my lips upon the name of his neck "plenty of time."

In reality, we didn't have plenty of time, we were fifteen minutes late to lunch. Lolita and Tiger gave us a knowing smirk, whereas, Will's parents ignored us. Rebecca called us over to sit with her. She pulled Will into her arms "now brother, you haven't called me since you landed the job."

Will laughed nervously "Yeah, sorry about that. I have honestly been busy. Between working, our trip and then going to work with Carley it does t leave me with much time."

Rebecca hit his arm "they are just excuses. What do you do Carley?"

I had to swallow my mouth full of orange juice "I work in a bar, not that fabulous but it will help my aunt with university costs. Will usual,y stays with me so I make it home safe."

Rebecca beamed "you're so cute. Now, Will, Carley told me you took her to our spot."

His cheeks blushed red ", yeah, I know. I knew she would love it."

The two of them had a secured conversation with their eyes while I sat back awkwardly. They were interrupted when Tiger and Lolita joined us. Lolita threw her arm over Will's shoulders "I hope you two kids got plenty of rest."

Will nodded "plenty."

Tiger laughed "you look exhausted."

I talked over Will "he stressed all night, I keep insisting he very soon will start getting frown lines. Although, he insists he isn't old enough."

Both Rebecca and Lolita fell into a fit of laughter "Will, how were you ever so lucky to land her."

Will shrugged "honestly, I have no idea."
