"I cannot believe you!" We heard someone yell, stomping down the stairs.

I looked around the table we were eating breakfast at & met everyone else's confused looks.

"I'm sorry Kate!"

"You're sorry?! Were you sorry when your dick was inside her?"

I put my hand over my mouth & seen Kalyn grin.

"I was drunk baby. I didn't mean to." Brandon said back.

"I'm so mad at you, this is over. We're done." She yelled, slamming the door behind her.

It was silent for a second, until Brandon walked in the dining room.

"Hey, sorry you guys had to hear that." He mumbled, taking a seat beside me.

"You okay?" I whispered, rubbing his shoulder.

"I think it's for the best."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah, definitely overdue that's for sure."

"As long as you're okay."

"Thanks B." He whispered, grabbing some breakfast.

"Anyone keen on a swim?" Mickey asked, washing his plate.

"Yeah." I said, following him.

"Kalyn & I were gonna go to the pub for lunch. Pick up some chicks." Billy laughed, finishing off his breakfast.

Okay, I'm not jealous.
He's not with me, I shouldn't care.

"I think Jake & Dom were coming over today for some drinks, so you can meet them." I said, finishing washing the dishes with Mickey.

"Oh are they? Shit I haven't seen Jake since you dated in high school." Billy said, bringing his plate up too.

"We can hit the pubs tomorrow." Kalyn said, bringing his plate up to me, licking his lips.

"Well I mean, they're staying here tonight."

"Where are they staying? There's no rooms left?" Bek asked.

"I told them they could stay in my room. It's just Blake & I in there." I said, handing the plate to Mickey to wipe.

"Is that such a good idea?" She asked & I sighed.

"Oh my god, we dated like three years ago." I laughed, shoving her.

"We know, but is he still out for you?" Billy laughed, pushing me.

"Oh god no. He's dated like two girls since then. We're just good mates."

"Whatever." Billy laughed, rolling his eyes.

— In the dam later —

"So when's your boyfriend getting here?" Kalyn whispered in my ear.

"He's not my boyfriend."

"Whatever. What time?"

"Soon."

Literally as soon as I said that, I heard a Ute pull up.

"That's them." I yelled, watching Dom run down the hill to us.

"B!" He yelled, picking me up & wrapping my legs around him.

"I've missed you Dommy." I laughed, hugging him.

"You don't even text me anymore you cow." He laughed, putting me back down in the water.

"Well I'm all over the shop." I laughed, grabbing us both a beer.

"Jake here too?"

"Yeah he went inside to say hi to your parents first."

I heard a scoff from behind me & looked straight at Kalyn.

"Hey man, how you been, I'm Dom, big fan of yours. ." Dom said to him, shaking his hand.

"Good mate good, thanks for that." He said, nodding & shaking his hand back.

Dom caught up with Billy & the other boys & I seen Jake walking down.

"Here he is." I yelled, clapping for him.

"Oh shut up." He laughed, walking in the water & grabbing me.

"It's been so long." I sighed, wrapping my arms over his neck.

"I know, we've gotta start catching up for drinks when we say we're gonna." He laughed & I grinned.

"You're half to blame for that too."

"All I used to have to do was take my clothes off & I had your full attention. Maybe that's what I should do again." He laughed & I grinned, shaking my head.

"You're so stupid, that was ages ago."

"Like last year you mean?" He laughed, causing me to roll my eyes.

"Last year? I knew you two had a thing still!" Billy yelled, pointing at me.

"I tried bro, but she met that other douchebag & gave me the flick." Jake laughed, hugging Blake.

"He was alright." I defended my ex.
It was a complicated breakup.

"B, he's gay." Billy laughed & I groaned.

I did say it was complicated didn't I?

"I obviously didn't know that." I defended myself, hearing Kalyn laugh.

"Wait a minute, so your ex you were telling me you recently got out of a relationship with, he's now gay." He asked, grinning & I glared at him.

"Don't even start." I said, walking towards him.

"Oh my god." He yelled, laughing to the point where he was struggling to breathe.

"Kay." I groaned, pushing his chest.

"Wait how did you find out he was gay?"

This is where the story got interesting.

"Blake. I caught them in his room." I said, hearing Kalyn's laughing stop.

"Tell me you're joking."

"Unfortunately I'm not."

"Oh my god." He laughed, putting his arm over my shoulder.

"Don't tease me. It was the worst part of my life."

"Oh I bet." He snickered, taking a sip of his beer and I laughed, pushing him.
