Wanda wakes in the morning to the smell of coffee, and bacon that is still hot. The smell has her stomach grumbling as she gets up to thank Long and Yours. She enters the balcony to see Alice from the resort sitting there.

She stops dead in her tracks. "Where are Yours and Long?"

"Long is overseeing the collection this morning, and Yours is on her way to the cave where you entered this realm," replies Alice.

Wanda sits down and pours herself some coffee as she thinks about what this means. Alice says, "You do know what it means?"

She looks at her with astonishment, "can you read my mind too?"

"Yes, in here I can."

Wanda puts some bacon and eggs on a plate, as she asks Alice why Yours is going to the cave. "To get the next witch of the realm ready to take over for a while," replies Alice.

Wanda needs to ask, "is this place real, or am I just dreaming it all?"

"This realm, plus hundreds more, are all real. We use them to entertain our clients," Alice sips her coffee as she lets that sink in.

"There is more to it than that," Wanda says, "this place is way too complicated to justify a single client."

"You are right, how many clients do you think are here right now?"

That makes her think for a minute about all the people she has met here. She must admit any of the servants could be, or even the trolls for that matter.

Wanda is trying to put it all together and something is not adding up. "You say that there are hundreds of these realms."

"Yes, but the number is now in the thousands, I think," admits Alice.

"They must be quite small," ponders Wanda. Alice tells her that this is one of the smaller ones.

"That can't be possible, the island is so small."

Alice leans forward and says, to coin a phrase, "Wanda, we're not in Kansas anymore."

Wanda chokes on her coffee when the realization sinks in. "it is true, I have always known by the subtle differences. I could not accept the idea; it is too far of a stretch to accept. But how is this possible?"

"I have told you more than most clients ever hear from the administrators of this place. The island is just a staging point for this Fantasy land. We look for people that can help us run all the scenarios that clients want," states Alice.

"Wanda, you have shown an enthusiasm for helping other people, and the ability to inspire them to open up to their inner needs. You are the kind of person we need to work within our growing Fantasy land."

She tells Wanda she should eat up her breakfast, because it will soon be time to return to the Island.

Wanda is still full of questions, "there is just so much to think about. How do we get back?"

"The toy room has a portal behind the rack of outfits in the back."

"A portal?" asks Wanda.

Alice smiles and says, "Sometimes it is better not to ask, believe me. Most things I just accept now."

She gets up and heads for the playroom, "time to go."

"Can I at least say goodbye to the servants and trolls?" she asks.

"Long is looking after that for you right now. They are used to things changing, and Yours will have the new Witch of the East here this afternoon," replies Alice.
