Chapter 6

Akari's P.O.V.

I woke up to the warmth of Ace's body. Lying next to him was just the best thing for me right now.

The only thing is, what does this mean for us? I don't know if I want this to become something more just yet or even at all.

I mean, do I love Ace? Well, isn't that the reason to date, to get to know them?

UGH this is so conflicting! I could at least enjoy being with him for now until I make my decision.

He makes me happy.

I looked up at him since I was up against his chest. He was asleep, peacefully. I'm not going to lie, he was pretty cute when he was asleep.

His raven hair all in a cute little mess. His eyes peacefully resting as he gently breathed.

I smiled at the sight.

I wonder what time it is?

How many meals have I missed!?!

Oh whatever.

All of the sudden, Ace woke up to me staring at him. Wow, way to wake someone up!

He smiled sweetly.

"Akari,"

"Hmm?"

He pulled me in and kissed me. Once again, just like last night, we were kissing. He caressed my face as I held his waist as we got even closer. I don't even know if that was even possible.

I rolled on top of him bringing him into a sitting position as I sat on top of him.

His arms around my waist and arms around his neck as his back leaned against the wall.

What was happening?

Luffy's P.O.V.

Where has Ace been?!

It's 5:30! He's been gone for over 24 hours! I've got to go find him!

I pulled up the iPhone tracker and found out where his phone was.

I decided to go find him there!

Ace's P.O.V.

It has turned into a full on make-out session.

I started to kiss Akari's neck.

"Ace!" She moaned.

She began to kiss me again when all of the sudden, someone burst through the door.

"Ace!? What's going on here!?" The voice yelled.

Shit!

It was Luffy.

Akari and I both looked stunned at the fact that Luffy was standing there in the room.

"L-Luffy!? What are you doing here?!" Akari yelled.

"I-It's not what you think! Akari and I-"

"You know what I just don't even know anymore with you Ace, you never tell me anything!" Luffy exclaimed.

He was upset and now I felt like trash.

He stormed out of the room and left her apartment as we listened to the doors slam shut.

I looked back at Akari. She looked like she just watched her loved ones get murdered. She looked like she was about to cry so much.

And she did. She balled her eyes out.

I pulled her in close as she started to cry even harder.

"Shhhhh, it's going to be ok!" I reassured.

She gasped for air and continued to cry.

"Everything will be fine! Don't worry!" I kept telling her.

I kissed her forehead and rubbed her back to try and calm her down.

After a while, she finally did.

"Ace,"

"Yeah?"

"I need you to stay by me, you help me, Ace, you make me feel better,"

"Of course I'll stay by you, as long as you need me too!"

"Thanks,"

I laid her down on the bed on put the blankets over her.

"Akari, you need to sleep for a little while, okay? I'll go into the kitchen and make some food," I said.

"NO! If I'm going to sleep, you're going to sleep with me!" She exclaimed.

"Akari-"

"Nope! I won't sleep unless you do so!"

"Fine,"

I got under the covers and brought her close to my body once again, just like last night.

What was happening?

Was this good or bad?

All these thoughts ran through my head as Akari fell asleep in my arms.

I tried my hardest to fall asleep but I couldn't.

I don't know what to do.

I don't think Akari does either.

Oh god, what have we gotten ourselves into?

Hey this was a shorter chapter with some more Ace fluff! Remember what I said last chapter! This does not mean she will end up with Ace! I'm not saying she won't but I'm not saying she will! Anyway, I'm just so happy because we now have over 100 people reading The Life of a Tortured Teenager! I'm so happy and grateful! I didn't think I would make it this far! Like even though you see people with 1,000's of readers and you may get down because you don't and you just started, they had to do a lot more writing and think about how many people have read your fanfic and then think of that many people in one room. THATS A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HEAR YOUR FANFICTION! Like that's how you should think about it so never get down and I can't thank you guys enough! Love you guys!
