Dilan's POV

It didn't take long for the supernatural club of the school to reach where we were. At that moment, I realised what Claire had said, the werewolves were angry. Even Kelvin was angry and to make the matters worse, so were the hunters. Rose and Tyler were the only ones who had come and it was good as I didn't want to face her at that moment. Cleopatra, Victoria and Kairu were the last ones to arrive and it was when I realized that it was a bad idea. This was because everyone was angry, from the werewolves to the hunters. The worst were the rebel wolves.

"What are they doing here?" James asked to nobody in particular, his voice was deadly and his eyes had turned into their wolf form. He wasn't the only one. The five other werewolves were actually worse in controlling themselves.

"They are here to help," Kelvin said as he tried to calm the situation.

Cleopatra was the first to see that the werewolves were angry at them but she didn't seem worried. From what I had known about Cleopatra, she would easily kill the werewolves and if Rose and Tyler attacked, she would too. Kairu I observed was better as he had his grin on his face and something told me that he was deadly especially when I remembered what Cleopatra and Victoria had said about him. Victoria was just the usual calm but glaring, ready to attack when needed.

"Help? Are you even hearing yourself Kelvin? They are vampires," James said at Kelvin and the rest of the werewolves nodded.

"They don't mean any harm," Kelvin said and that was when I realized that Kelvin was trying to control his anger. He was getting angry and I wouldn't blame him. There was just a lot of pressure on him and it was making him lose his cool.

"You don't know what you are saying, they are vampires," James said and took a step towards Kelvin. His eyes had fully turned and I realised that he was getting bigger. He was about to shift!

Quickly, Cleopatra rushed to me and Claire and made us walk a few steps behind. She was protecting us.

Everyone else saw what was about to happen and it seemed that the werewolves were supporting James. The five werewolves began to surround Kelvin.

"What is going on?" I asked to nobody in particular.

"James is challenging Kelvin," Claire said and I heard the fear in her voice.

"Ever since you returned, you have been supporting the vampires and it makes us sick. Smell the town, it's filled with their scent and you act as if it's nothing. You don't deserve to be alpha," James said, his voice growing deeper and scarier. He really was challenging Kelvin.

Kelvin on the other hand was encircled in the werewolves. He too was getting angrier.

"James, don't do it, please," Kelvin tried to calm James down but it only made him angrier. James was growing bigger and bigger and suddenly, I heard his clothes snap. His body was growing hairier. His face was growing outwards while his hands and feet were growing longer and thicker, his fingers and toes growing smaller but wider. His chest was so large and at that point, all his clothes had been torn from his body. It didn't take long for him to completely shift into a complete wolf.

James then howled, a challenging howl that rang all over the forest. I could hear birds, forest animals running away as they could feel something deadly was after them.

It was my first time I had seen a werewolf in his shifted form and it was both terrifying and exciting. James was huge, taller than a normal human, almost the size of a horse. He was snarling as he showed his deadly teeth, saliva dripping from the teeth. His tail was pointed in a way to show he was about to attack and that's when I realized Kelvin hadn't shifted.
