A few tough weeks had passed. I had been trying to keep up with both my studying and the toughest training I had ever seen before. Every morning, at five, I rush to the company for my morning workout together with other members. All of which seem too tired to even move let alone work out. That being said, there would only be one person filled with energy, and that is Nina. Apparently, it is normal to get up at five.

Then I go to school. Already exhausted before the day has even started and can barely keep my eyes open during class unless I take two cups of strong coffee. That usually does the trick, but some days, I found it even harder to concentrate on my studies.

I closed the book, finally time to get going to the company. I had a schedule to keep up, and I tried to never be late to anything, especially today having the first assignment to complete. I was not going to be late for that. I was having the jitters yet at the same time, my stomach was churning.

I stacked the books on top of each other, finally leaving the vacant library. I could've gone home early today as we didn't have the last lesson, but it seemed futile to go home for 45 minutes then heading out again.

As I walked out of the library door, I bumped into something... or someone, scattering the books on the marble floor. I quickly fell to the ground to pick them up, not paying attention who it was I had bumped into.

"What the hell! Look what you've done!" The girl shrieked. Instantly, I knew who she was. She was the girl who was clinging onto deep voiced guy, Michael, a while ago. Her name was Kim. Apparently the two are dating and are like the it couple of the school. I looked up at her, her face red with coffee spilled on her yellow blouse. One hand on her waist while the other still holding a brown plastic cup she had gotten from the coffee machine.

"So sorry. Didn't see you there." I let out a small laugh as I stood up with my books.

"Oh really." She smirked raising one brow, she stepped closer, placing one hand on the top book I was holding. "Do you know how much this cost?" She glared at me, pushing my books down, dropping them where they were. I stared at them for a while, trying to hold back what Macey had thought me, with both knuckles turning white.

"Hey." Michael came in from the garden with his bag over his shoulders and with the other hand holding Kim's. "What's going on?" He chocked as he noticed the books on the floor and her stained blouse.

"Baby. Look what she did to me." She whined, locking his arm in hers. Her voice squeaking annoyingly, getting on my nerves. He observed the stain on her blouse then at the books on the floor I was now gathering to pick up.

"Yes. And look what you've done to her." He shook her off his arm, bending down to help me. "Here." He said, giving me the last book. I nodded as a way of thanking him. Especially for stopping her whining.

I turned around to leave but he immediately caught my arm. "Hey, we're having a party this Saturday. Do you want to come?" Did he just invite me to a party? What the hell?

I spun on my heels to face him, meeting his smiling face. Right. Calm down. Don't get all excited for a wolf boy. He's not worth it.

"No thanks." I grinned, twisting around and strolling away to leave the school building, finding Macey waiting for me in her red Toyota Supra. I tossed my bag and books in the back and hopped in the car, driving us off to our destination; the abandoned house. The same house I saw my first ghost in Berxley.

She parked her car in front of the eerie house. As I got out, the air instantly felt colder. Something dreadful was going to happen. I was sure of it. It felt too much like a horror movie, when someone is about to get murdered. Macey locked the car and started moving the front door. I creeped behind her, regretting every step I made.

She stepped onto the porch, its wooden floor about to break under our feet. She slowly turned the rusty knob, opening the door with one loud squeak. As soon as the house breathed in some oxygen, it exhaled dust onto us which made us cough, chocking on the dust.

"This house is definitely haunted." She coughed. Well, of course it's haunted. It even gives off that ghostly vibe from the outside let alone the inside.

She switched on a torch she took out from her back trousers' pocket and began to investigate around us. The furniture looked colourless as if we were inside a black and white movie. Everything had a heavy layer of dust on top of them, making our footsteps cleaner than the floor around it.

Suddenly, Macey dropped the torch onto the ground and her hand fell lifeless at her side. She began to climb up the stairs. I picked up the torch and went after her, grabbing her hand, but she simply kept on walking as if she didn't realize or feel my hand on hers. She kept on walking, dragging me behind her as I tried to dig my heels into the wood, but it seemed futile. She pushed the first door she saw, banging it against the wall.

"Macey!" I shook her hand as soon as I saw someone, his back turned to us looking outside the window. Waiting for us. He was the same man I had seen the first time. His attire formal but of an older style, having pleated cuffs on his white shirt paired off with black breeches. It was probably a style back in the 1800s.

Even thou he looked too out of place, he still resembled some of this times' snobs. His head high, looking down on the passers by on the streets. Then he turned slowly, his hands behind his back with his chest puffed.

"Macey?" I whispered. My heart had almost given in. His face was paper white with a dreadful look on his face as if we had done something terrible to him. Then I felt Macey brush my hand off, walking to the side without making a single noise. My eyes were still trained on the dead man, keeping a close eye on him just in case he tries to do something mischievous.

He wasn't the one I should have been paying attention.

With one swift move I backed away from were I stood, sensing something coming my way. Macey bashed a wooden stick on the floor, meant for me. Right away, I knew she was being controlled. Just like I once was.

She looked at me, slowly lifting the wooden stick from the splintered floor, and swung again. I blocked her with both arms, making me crash against the door frame. Scratch marks covered my arms.

"Macey!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. "Snap out of it!"

But she swung again, aiming at my head. I dodged, covering my head with my arms, then I went for her legs, tipping her over onto the ground, holding both her arms as she tried to push me off.

"Macey, you have to come to your senses. Can't you see you're being controlled." I looked up at the ghost, suddenly realizing he had stepped closer. His head still raised high, with a smirk on his face, enjoying what was happening in front of him.

"They're coming for you." He sang before he vanished before my eyes. Macey suddenly came to her senses, but I was still in shock. What did he mean by that? Who's coming? And for me? Why?
