Chapter 16

Lucifer’s pov

Doctor told Chase went to Coma.

‘Who would have hitted him??’ I thought to myself. ‘First my parents then Daisy then Chase’ I thought. Hunter interrupted me from my thoughts.

“Alpha we have a bad news for you” He said with his head down. I have sent him to investigate the Godown.

“What is it Hunter??” I asked him.

“I am sorry to say this Alpha but your parents are dead” He said with his head down.

“What the F*ck?? How??” I yelled at the top of my lungs.

“We have to find it Alpha. The corpses were found in that old Godown”

“Where is it now ??”

“It is in our pack ho-”

Before he could finish his words I fled to the pack house.

As soon as I entered the pack house I saw two headless half rotten corpses. Tears began to blind me. I saw their heads on their sides.

“Here Alpha I found this in Chase’s bedroom” Macy handed me Chase’s t shirt which my mom gave him for his birthday. It was fully covered with blood.

“When did you find it??” I asked Macy.

“Today morning when I was cleaning our room I found it in our loft”

“Did he mention anything about my parent’s death??”

“No Alpha, but I am afraid that Daisy is also in trouble because it has been a week since she called me. Wherever she goes she will inform me.” Macy said.

“Ok we will look to it after my parent’s funeral. Now leave me alone” I said with tears pouring from my eyes.

I sat near my parent’s corpse said “Why mom, why you left me alone and went?? Dad why did you leave me alone with all these responsibilities?? Did Chase come to save you?? I know he wouldn’t have killed you. I believe in him. He won’t do that, But who did this and when. I know only Chase could answer my questions, but mom, dad what am I going to do without you??” With that I started crying holding my mom’s hand.

After an hour I called Hunter.

“Hunter I want you to arrange for my parent’s funeral”

“Sure Alpha” with that he left.

In the meantime I tried calling Daisy. Ring went but nobody answered.  I groaned loudly and went out of my pack house to my house.

Daisy’s  pov

Mark came in after sending Chase. He tried to hold my face and kiss me, but as he neared me, I heard Chase calling Mark.

He said “I will be right back baby” and left.

I felt saved.

I dint hear anything. So I thought it was going to happen again, but after even an hour or so nobody came.

After sometime Mark came in.

“We have to leave this place” he said in scared tone.

“Why??” I asked him.

“I don’t want your lover boy to find you”

“What??”

“Ya we killed his parents. By now he would have guessed it was us. I tried to kill Chase but that f*cker escaped but anyways he is coma now” he said untying my hands. “Quick go pack all the things and come fast” He said.

I quickly ran out of the room and my house. That is when I knew I was kept in my house.

I saw Alex our pack’s 3rd in order standing near a tree. I ran towards him and said

“Alex, Mark kidnapped me and kept me in his custody these days. Please take me to Lucifer please” He thought for a second and said.

“Ok miss Alpha I will take you” He said “Follow me” he said and I did as he said.

We ran for more than an hour. At last he stopped. We were in front of airport and Mark was standing there smirking at us.

“What is Alex??” I yelled at him.

“I am sorry Miss Alpha. I was left with no choice”. He said with his head down.

Mark walked towards us and said

“Is your legs aching honey?? Am so sorry??” He said with a fake pout.

“Go to hell” I hissed at him.

He dragged me inside the airport and made sit there.

I sat weeping and hoping that Lucifer would come. As soon as I thought of Lucifer I got a sharp pain in my stomach. I held my stomach and started crying more.
