I am swimming,
In a river of boredom,
No longer running,
For freedom.
Now that I have it,
It feels so real,
Like something I definitely,
Could easily deal.
At the same time,
I sense surreality,
Because I never thought,
I would be left in monotony.
Freedom meant,
I could do anything I desire,
I have no boundaries,
Nothing can stop me.
But what is stopping myself?
From enjoying the Sun,
That has finally brightened my days.
Why am I standing under the umbrella instead?
Because I am bored,
Of seeing the Sun every day,
Of living the same life,
Of doing nothing all day.
Boredom,
The state of no longer bothering,
To identify the identity of x,
It's the hardest equation to solve.
I am ready for the rain,
To bring me the rainbow,
To colour enthusiasm,
On my boring boat ride.
Rain,
I am waiting for you,
But don't you dare,
Bring the storm with you.
