❝ SO, YOU GOT the girl," Genie swirled around the room, "I mean, trust me, had my doubts after your whole jam debacle but you pulled yourself back together a little bit."
Aladdin paced on the around on the balcony proudly, it was only ironic that he felt on the top of the world right now, "I did? Didn't I? I think I finally got the hang of being a Prince."
"Oh, well," The Genie tried to clarify, "Thats not exactly what I meant."
"You were right!" Aladdin pointed to him, "People see what they wanna see. Aladdin is gone, I'm Prince Ali now."
"Wow," Genie said, surprised, "Got it all figured out now, huh, kid?"
"And, you know, I was thinking about my last wish and I just...I can't do this without you. I know I told you I'd use it to set you free but you heard the Sultan. I can't let everything we've worked for fall apart."
Hamed had just offered 'Prince Ali' Jasmine's hand in marriage.
"So, you just never tell her the truth? You're gonna keep living a lie?"
"It's not a lie, people can change."
"Oh, they can change alright," The Genie turned to the carpet, referring to Aladdin's change in heart.
"And, that's a bad thing? Everything is better now, no one got hurt," Aladdin said, as he went on talking about how the Genie was being selfish for only caring about the wish for himself...
"Well, kid, I don't care nothing about that wish. Besides, you're not the only owner of the lamp anymore," Aladdin knew about his and Rashida's dual ownership and had agreed to keep it under wraps.
"This is about you, what's happening to you. You'd rather lie to someone you love than give all of this up."
"What does this matter if Princess Rashida has more wishes? She could easily give them to you."
"I think maybe you don't get it, the more you gain by pretending, the less you're gonna actually have. In one thousand years I have never call a master a friend. I broke the rules...for you. I saved your life. And for what? You're breaking my heart here, kid. You're breaking my heart..."
The Genie shook his head at Aladdin before retreating out of the window, to find Rashida, who currently had the lamp.
"Genie, no! Hey, come on.."

Rashida awoke withthe sun shining in her face, she looked outside so see the breaking of dawn as she shielded her eyes from the light.
She looked across from her to see Jafar sprawled out across her bed, the sheets barely covering him and his snores filled the room.
Urgh, she had forgotten how much of a heavy sleeper he was.
She slipped out of bed slowly as Jafar stirred slightly, she almost felt her heart jump out of her chest as the bed creaked, being careful to not wake him up.
It dropped back down to the normal rate as the Vizier continued to sleep solemnly, she crept to her bathing chambers.
Rashida didn't even notice as the floorboard creaked that Jafar short up, looking around the room for her before she left to see Jasmine.

"You're all cuddly with Prince Ali then?" Rashida asked her sister, stroking Rajah's fur, "Good boy."
"She's way more than cuddly," Dalia added, sitting down with them on the bed, "They're getting married from the last I heard."
Rashida's mouth fell open, "Married? Why haven't I heard this?"
"It just happened yesterday," Jasmine explained, "It's new but I'm excited."
"Well, it's no wonder that she wasn't there yesterday. I spotted her running through the palace with a man while I was tending to the clothes baskets," Dalia mentioned, "No doubt it was Prince Ahmad, I assume?"
"No," Jasmine answered for her, "I saw him, it was Jafar."
"Jafar?" Dalia asked in confusion, "Isn't he supposed to be locked in the dungeons with a thrown away key?"
"Locked? Yes. The key wasn't thrown away...I let him out and he came to my room," Rashida said, receiving shocked faces from both of the other women.
"You should have seen them," Dalia said.
"You should have heard them," Jasmine said, "It was quite clear she loves him."
"I could never love him, Jasmine. You sound crazy!"
"I sound crazy! Rashida, I heard you calling his name at night from my balcony," Jasmine mocked her voice as she went on, "Oh Jafar! Please! I can't take it!"
"Hey!" Rashida yelled as she whacked her over the head with a cushion.
