In Love With The Devil

Chapter1

I was at the mall with my two friends Amy and Grace. They were looking at a rack of dresses as I was looking through another trying to find Amy the perfect dress for her date. I looked up and saw someone standing not to far away looking at suits, he seemed he was being watched because he stiffened and slowly turned around and the first thing I noticed were his eyes. They were an icy blue, I got lost in those eyes until Grace stepped in front of me snapping her fingers saying "Earth to Val?" I looked at her and said "sorry, what were you saying?" She rolled her eyes and said " Amy is going to try on a dress." I nodded my head and she walked away and I saw him again; he had short bronze hair, tanned, and you could see he had a lot of muscle. He smiled at me and he had the straightest and whitest teeth I ever saw. I turned in the direction of the dressing room but when I looked back to where he was standing, he was gone.

I shrugged and went and sat with Grace until Amy came out. When she did, she looked stunning it was a red-orange dress. That was the perfect length, didn't show to much skin, formal, and was a nice color on her. She bought it and we continued to walk around, I couldn't pay attention to them because I was busy looking for him. Amy took notice and asked "Val, you okay?" I look at her and say "yeah, why?" Grace laughed and said "are you looking for that guy that smiled at you?" I was shocked and said "you saw him smile at me? I thought you were off before he smiled." Grace replied " I was but turned around in time to see him smile at you." Amy then butted in and asked "was he cute, have you seen him before, did you guys talk?"

To me this felt like an interrogation but then again Amy has been trying to set me up with practically every guy she knows. They seem to get that I wasn't going to say anything so Grace answered for me "he was cute, Val and him were locked in eye contact, and no they didn't talk." We walked to the food court for lunch. Amy was getting every detail from Grace, I swear she is a fangirl to real life situations. We got what we wanted and sat down. I felt a chill run down my spine so I looked up and there he was. My eyes didn't move from him but I said "Amy...Grace..." they looked at me and said "go talk to him." I wanted to but but had no idea what to say so I then asked "what should I say?" Grace then said "hi, hello, good afternoon...Just go." I lowly stood up and walked over to him.
