Soon there was a knock on my door and there was Roland. He wasn't wearing a jacket today since it was in the low seventies today. Roland was wearing a dark blue button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and black dress plants. I felt slightly under-dressed and he must of notice me look at him then myself because he said "you look amazing. Did you make that?" I couldn't help but smile and replied "yes, this is what I was drawing when you called on Wednesday and I made it yesterday after work. Well I had to fix things this morning but still." He looked impressed.

He opened the door to his car for me and we rode to the University in silence. Roland seemed rather preoccupied so I asked "is everything alright?" He looked at me and said "huh, umm.." he shook his head and continued, "yeah, sorry just thinking." I just nodded, I was curious to know what was going on in his head but I also didn't want to pry. I mean we only been on one real date even though it seems like so much more due to my dreams.

We soon arrived on campus and he rook my hand and showed me around, starting with his classroom. It was small but was full of hanging pictures of different mythology creatures. One painting held my attention more than the others though. It was beautiful but dark, the top half was heaven and the bottom half was hell. In the middle were angels that were falling that were falling, except one. One was already in hell and I couldn't make the angle out except for big black wings, must be Lucifer. There was one other other angel that wasn't falling but he was standing at the gates of heaven watching the others fall.

I then felt a hand on my shoulder so I turned and looked and it was Roland. I gave a small smile and said "sorry, I guess I just got engrossed in this painting." He gave a chuckle and replied "it's alright, do you know what this painting represents?" I shifted from foot to foot debating about saying what I thought it meant and decided I didn't have anything to lose so I said "From what I can tell its when some of the angles fell from heaven and into hell to join Lucifer." As I said Lucifer I pointed to the angel in hell.

Roland gave a huge smile and stated "you are correct, that is what the painting is insinuating, even though the painting is wrong." He seemed glad that I knew that and he sounded pretty excited to explain the painting and how it's wrong to me, so I took the bait and asked "how's is it wrong?" He then replied "well...let me start here," he pointed at the angle at the gates to heaven and continued "that's supposed to be Micheal, the archangel, he helped cast out Lucifer and the other angles, that's why he seems to be watching. Now for some history, it supposedly took nine days and nine nights for Lucifer and Lucifer and his band of renegade angels to reach hell. Do you see what the problem is with the painting now?"

I thought for a moment and rethought everything he said and it clicked. "In the painting Lucifer is already in hell but he should actually be here, falling with the others." Roland smiled and said "exactly the painting makes it seem like Lucifer feel way before the others but in truth, well according to text, he fell along side the angels who chose him over God."

I then turned away from the painting to look Roland in the eye. I wanted to ask another question but wasn't sure it was a good idea or not, but just as I was about to ask, someone walked in. Roland and I turned to see who it was. It was a tall blond, with big blue eyes, and looked like she just walked off a Hollywood se. It was clear that her and Roland knew each other from somewhere and I couldn't help but feel a tad jealous.I mean this girl was gorgeous and I was well... okay looking. Thiss girl had me beat in every aspect.
