They move so fast, Lena's eyes fail her.

At least Lucifer has got his attention off of her now that he's found another thing to bully.

This fight is like no other, though Lena hardly has any rights in that say for she hasn't exactly been in Arcane Academy for long. Yet she is sure as hell certain this is different from the minor brawls she's seen from the streets and on academy grounds. This may be equal to the battle on the sky, but this time, she is witnessing it on the front lines.

With effort, Lena lifts herself from the ground, trying to scoot away from Lucifer who is aggressively shifting the earth around Caelus and simultaneously flinging large debris. It is rather difficult to move, though, when her eyes are wide and transfixed on the battle.

Caelus finally moves.

His arms were crossed all along that Lena doubts he's doing anything at all on his end in blocking Lucifer's attacks. Now, she it seems to have dawned on her that he just has great control over his abilities that he simply allows them to do the work for him.

Though she has never witnessed him in action, she can only presume her suspicions are accurate; that piece of imagination she thought she only believe happened probably is indeed reality — Caelus did feel something from Lucifer and had wavered slightly at his threat or whatsoever.

In response, now, Caelus lifts his hand ever so lazily, unlike a person in a battle at all, his right palm outstretched. His face remaining unfazed at the situation, and with a grave yet swift motion, he flicks his hand. Lena watches as the surrounding storm shifts its focus, all rounding up and cornering Lucifer. Dark clouds, rumbling thunder, fierce lightning, and swirling tornadoes hurtle towards the boy who struggles to keel his ground as he continually tries to topple Caelus over with the earth to no avail.

Lucifer seems to get agitated and aggressive each passing second, moving in greater movements and quicker motions. Despite this, Caelus closes in on them, a barrier of air evidently growing stronger in his wake, aerodynamically shaped and pushing hard towards Lucifer, pressing in on him.

And just when Lena thinks Lucifer is done for, he bends over, and touches the ground gently. The earth obeys its master, and he rises up high, up away from Caelus and his menacing air barrier.

Caelus frowns, but doesn't seem to have not expected this. He takes a few steps back. Then, without looking up, thrusts his hand upwards and Lena hears something awful, like a crunch, and Lucifer nearly falls to his doom before he conjures up some protection over himself. He falls miles away, out of sight, the only evidence where he lands being the loud crashing sound and the rising dust in the distance. A yell follows the fall, and Lena knows Lucifer is not exactly down yet.

Where does his spirit come from? Why, then, did he go completely still when Nova blasted him before?

Nearby, Lena notices Caelus unmoving. He seems to be taking deep breaths, and when he begins walking towards the direction of Lucifer, he seems to stagger a little.

Did Lucifer managed a scratch on him, after all? Lena thinks with dread, and she hurries in intention to help him, but a sudden force stops her — the air pressure grows stronger even at Lena's position, and soon she finds it hard to breathe.

Caelus turns slightly and glances at her with a questioning look, one arm across his chest, where his already clumsily wrapped bandages are now falling apart.

Lena draws a short breath. He is already injured, and they are all expecting him to —

"Lena, get over here!"
