scared to fall; coward
scared to breathe; suffocating
watching the chances

~

if the sun was meant to give light, for things to be seen
why can people not see the hollow opening
where my heart should reside, when i sunbathe?

~

who am i to love you
when i am nothing beside you
but a greedy shadow, waiting to steal your light

~

don't leave, you thief
i need my heart back, for you still hold it
in your callous hands

~

hold me, as i break
and you cry for what you have done to me
as we sit, surrounded by our sunflower petals

~

she loved me
she loves me not
she loved me, she loves me not
