Dad, Iris, Barry, and I were in the cortex going over the coroner report for the bus driver when Caitlyn walked in, "Why is the scariest man I've ever seen roaming our halls?", she asked. "Cisco", Dad and Barry said in unison and she nodded in understanding. Yup, apparently Gypsy's father was here to visit and just like Cait said, he is terrifying.
"Alright, so we got the coroner's report, but it doesn't seem like there's any signs of foul play", I said as I looked through the report. Dad looked over my shoulder, "Aside from him being the one guy that could have told us who else was on that bus", he said. I sighed, "They logged his personal effects, let's see", I said as I looked through the pictures of what he had on him, "credit cards, cash, receipts, um", I said but I didn't see anything that stuck out to me. Apparently Barry did, "Wait go back", he said and I went back to the last photo and saw a business card and groaned internally when I saw the name.
Barry looked at Dad, "Ralph Dibny", he said and they exchanged a knowing look. "I'll be damned", Dad said surprised. Iris looked at them, "Who's Ralph Dibny?", she asked confused.
"A dirty cop. He got kicked off the force", Barry said. I nodded, "And he's a huge asswipe that I'd love to just punch in the face", I muttered but Barry gave me an odd look. Caitlyn pulled up Ralph's file and Barry looked at the picture, "That's him", he said. Iris looked at it, "He's handsome in a square-jawed Oliver Queen kind of way", she said. I scoffed, "Yeah well don't let him convince you to hook up with him. He'll never call you back", I said. Barry looked at me, "For real? Him?", he asked shocked.
I smiled innocently at him, "Babe, it was only once and long before we started dating", I said and he rolled his eyes before looking at the business card that had an IOU on it. "The IOU is dated the same day that I came out of the Speed Force", he said.
"You think Dibny was on the bus that day? Maybe he's a metahuman now", she suggested. Barry looked at Dad, "Let's pay him a visit", he said. They started to walk out but I grabbed Barry's hand, "Hey, you seem really mad. What did Ralph do to get kicked off the force? No one ever told me", I said. He sighed, "It's a long story", he said and leaned down to kiss me before walking out with Dad again. Once they left, Caitlyn and Iris turned to me, "So how was he?", Iris asked.
I scoffed, "Think of a fish out of water", I said and they cringed thinking about it.

I went to Jitters to get a coffee and when I came back I saw a shoe and a stretched out foot in the middle of the hallway making me yelp and drop my coffee. I followed the leg to the Medbay where I heard screaming, "What the hell?", I asked as I watched the scene on front of me. Ralph Dibny was lying on the bed with one leg stretched into the hallway I came from and the other stretched out on the other side of the room. Barry, Caitlyn and Harry were standing next to a panicking Ralph and trying to calm him down.
I walked over to Dad and Iris as Barry and Caitlyn were trying to get Ralph to breathe, "Clearly he's a bus meta", I whispered to them. Harry looked at a tablet, "Well this is interesting. The dark matter has polymerized Dibny's cells", he said to Caitlyn. Ralph looked at them scared, "What the hell is dark matter and why is it in my cells?", he asked panicking. Caitlyn looked at Harry, "You're saying the walls of every cell in his body have elasticized?", she asked.
