Y/N's POV

As the night drew to a close, I turned to see Kendall fast asleep, cuddle in to my side. Smiling at her adorableness, I gently picked her up bridal style and brought her to room before setting her down on her bed. Before I left, I covered her up with the blanket and as I turned around, I came face to face with Gigi and Bella.

"Kendall's asleep right now, so she can't hear us. Be honest, do you like her?" Gigi asks.

"She's definitely special to me. But I don't think we'll ever be together and I don't want to ruin our friendship." I say. They nod and give both Avery and I hug before we head out for the night.

The next morning, I was groggily, reminiscing last night's events until I heard a notification on my phone. I couldn't quite believe that Kendall wanted me of all people to join her on a show with James Corden. Excitedly, I decided to give Avery a quick call.

"Hey Y/N, what's up?"

"Guess who's going to the Late Late show?"

"NO WAY! How?"

"Uh, Kendall wanted me to go with her. I couldn't believe it either." I say.

"Now that you're going to be in the spotlight, are you worried that people are going judge you if they find out your secret?"

"To be honest, I haven't thought about that. I hope that Kendall will still be friends with us."

"You should probably tell her soon before she finds out some other way."

"Thanks, I'll keep that in mind." I say, ending the call. The rest of the morning was taken up by some boring old chores and making lunch. In the afternoon, I got dressed and started making my way over to see Kendall in ball of nerves. I arrive at her condo and proceed to make my way in.

"Hey, it's good to see you again. Gigi told about what happened last night, and I wanted to say thank you." She says as she lets me inside.

"It was no problem, really. How are you feeling today, Kendall?"

"Better, thanks. Please, call me Ken or Kenny. Kendall is a bit to formal for my liking. I see you're already dressed up." She says.

"Yeah. I hope you don't mind that I went for more a casual approach. If you want I could go get something more formal and mor-" I get off by Kenny putting her finger on lips.

"You're rambling there. Don't over think things Y/N, casual is just fine. In fact, that's what I was thinking for myself too." She says, smiling.

"Thanks, but aren't you a model? Don't you, like, want to look fancy?" I ask, causing her to giggle and shake her head.

"No, that's more of Kim's thing. I prefer to stick to comfortable clothing too with as simple of makeup as possible. Now, could you help pick out my outfit?" She says. I nod and follow her to her bedroom where she had three different outfits picked out on the bed. Ken tries them on one by one until I'm blown away with what I see. It was beautiful black dress with silver trim at the bottom with black heels.

"That's the one Kenny." She smiles and nods in agreement.

"I agree, thanks Y/N!" Once that was settled, she quickly grabs her purse and keys before we head out. The drive over to studio passed by far too quick for my liking as we chatted about anything and everything, and for the first time we realized we had a lot in common.

"Are you nervous to be on national television for the first time?" Ken asks as we sit backstage.

"Yeah, quite a bit actually. Never was big fan of being in front of cameras to be honest. I just hope this goes well."
