Adrien finds two letters from Hugo inside the mail box. One is addressed to him and Marinette while the other one is addressed to Elizabeth.

He puts the one for Elizabeth on her nightstand and takes the one for himself and Marinette to the kitchen. He smiles as he tells his wife, "We got a letter from Hugo today."

"What? Our son is alive?" Marinette asks him in surprise.

"Yes, he sure is," Adrien replies with a grin.

"Would you read it to me?" Marinette asks. She smiles as she thinks about the good news that their son is alive.

"Sure thing, darling!" Adrien remarks.

Dear Mom, and Dad,

I am sorry to worry you so much. I was in a taxi on the way home when the driver fell asleep.

The vehicle hit a tree, then went into the ravine. I manage to escape with my life, along with a watch, my journal, laptop, duffel bag, and wallet.

Some farmer, Ben told me he found me on the side of the road on his way home from some pet store. I was all wet since I almost drowned and lost my memories.

I have been happily living at his farmer and helping him out along with his wife, Martha.

I learned how to harvest corn, milk a cow, and do many other things I never thought possible.

I made sure to send Hank a letter since he is my best friend and have written to my sister, Elizabeth as well.

I even sent Lavine a letter since she is important to me and we are on speaking terms again.

I will return home when I get a chance.

Love,

Hugo Duane Agreste

"Wow, it sounds like he is doing well , and I am glad he has his memories back," Marinette remarks.

Elizabeth is about to go to the park when she sees an envelope. "What is this?" She asks.

"How about you open it and find out?" Plagg suggests.

Elizabeth opens it and says, "Wow, it is from Hugo! Turns out Lavine was right he is alive!"

"What, you are kidding right?" Plagg asks.

"Here read it for yourself," Elizabeth answers.

Dear Sis,

I know this might come as a shock to you, but for the past month or so I have been on a farm.

Farmer Ben and his wife, Martha have been good to me. I have gotten to help them out a lot.

Sorry, I almost drowned, and it took me so long to regain my memories.

I miss you and love you. I will be back home as soon as I can.

Take good care of yourself. Sorry, I was kind to you in the past I should have been.
