WHILE LILY AND I SPENT THE day sleeping in, Sam and Dean went to check on a lead they had found the previous day. Someone had reported flickering lights, and all of us were just itching for another hunt after the whole Alistair situation. I was lying on my bed, hugging my pillow with the blankets bunched up around my feet when I heard continuous knocking on our door. I knew it had to have been Sam or Dean, and yet I couldn't bring myself to care about the way I looked or the fact that I was still lying in bed. I groaned, flipping on the opposite side of my body as I heard Lily get up to answer the door.

"You guys have to check this out," Dean said as he walked in, not even bothering to be invited in. Suddenly, I felt weight being added to the bed that I was lying on. I opened my eyes to see that Dean had been sitting on the corner of it, just beside my feet. I rubbed my eyes, trying to fully wake myself before they began hitting me with the details of our next hunt. As I pushed my back off the bed, I noticed that Dean was holding a book in his hand. I didn't expect Dean to be the type to read novels, nor did I expect him to barge into our room while we were sleeping in about a book he was reading.

"I never presumed you to be the type to read novels, Dean," I replied, blinking multiple times before shifting my body closer to his so I could get a better look at what he had in his hands. It was a book named Road 666. I have never heard of it before, but the way Dean was looking at it was as if it was the greatest book of all time. Well, that or he was extremely anxious and frustrated about something else.

"We went to investigate the place where there were reports of flickering lights, and as we are questioning the worker. He said he was convinced that we were LARPing," Sam informed Lily and me as he placed multiple bags of what appeared to have at least a hundred―in total―novels. I raised my eyebrows as I was unfamiliar with the term and watched as Lily walked to the table where Sam had placed the books and started looking through them.
