THE MOMENTS THAT FOLLOWED WHAT WE have been attempting to avoid for months, I spent in denial. I couldn't believe everything we worked for laid to ruin. Or rather, I held onto hope that my sister would understand her mistake before she made an even bigger one. I held onto the possibility that I was dreaming and that this was all a nightmare. Although the blinding, bright white light made it easy for me to conclude this was all too real. For the world we lived in before the apocalypse was now impossible. An inconceivable danger roamed around the world and millions would atone for my sister's actions. An indescribable anger consumed me when I realized what she had done. For there was no going back. The world was punished as everyone was suddenly fair game to the angel on the loose. All in which happened before I could bring myself, from deep in my heart, to forgive my sister for her transgressions. It was the deepest cut in her betrayal. And I was not sure in that moment if I was ever going to be able to bring myself to forgive her. But what I did know was the minute I saw the fearful expression on her face, it was all temporarily forgotten.

My first instinct was to push Lily back and hold my arm in front of her. She was frozen in shock as I was myself. Sam and Dean rushed to the doors of the chapel and banged on them, trying to break them down so we could escape and get as far away from Lucifer as we could. A pitched noise filled the room, and we could only assume it was Lucifer attempting to speak to us. It began to grow unbearable that both Lily and I held our hands over our ears as we fell to our knees. I shut my eyes to block the bright white light from blinding me. However, when I opened them up again, all four of us were on a plane. We looked around to see if anybody had noticed anything but to no avail.

We all exchanged confused looks when Dean was the first one to speak up, "What the hell?"

"I don't know," Sam replied, just as baffled as his brother was. I glanced over at my sister, who shared the same confused facial expression.
