"Kai.. why did you cheat on me?" Yuna asked, finally looking at the males eyes for the first time in forever. Kai hummed and didn't answer the question. Instead, he decided to reminiscence and remind Yuna about their memories.
"Do you remember? When we first met? You bought ice cream and i ran into you. And it made you drop the ice cream?" Kai asked and Yuna nodded, "yeah. Why?"
"Do you remember our first date where I took you to a cat café and you cannot stop squealing?" Kai asked again. Yuna nodded, blushing in embarrassment. Seeing that Kai wasn't talking, Yuna took the lead. "Two can play this game, Hueningkai." She thought.
"Do you remember the day you kissed another girl in front of a coffee shop?" Yuna said, now starting to tear up. After a moment of silence, Kai sighed and finally spoke up. Spilling the beans about everything.
"Yuna.. Naeun told me that if I didn't kiss her, she will make your life hell." (Ps: Naeul is fictional. I dont wanna make any idols the bad guy.. NOT NAEUN FROM APINK YALL)
"Why should I believe you? For all i know you could be making stuff up right now!" Yuna remarked.
"Actually, You dont have to. I tried telling you this for a year already. You kept avoiding me. Now that I did, I dont have to have that heart clenching feeling in me anymore. You might not love me anymore, but I love you." Kai said.
"Why did you do that? Who cares if she's going to make my life hell? I can take care of myself!" Yuna sobbed. Kai gave a weak smile as his head got heavy. Everything started spinning as he felt his eyes closing and his body passing out.
"Oh shit." He cursed.
Yuna saw this incident since she's sitting right next to Kai.
Yuna caught Kai just in time before his body fell to the floor. "Kai!! Kai wake up!" Yuna exclaimed. But no, the male is still lying there, unconscious. Yuna's first instinct was to check his pulse. To her relief, Kai is still alive. He just simply passed out and fainted.
Yuna didn't know wether to fee relieved or disappointed that she has to take care of him now.
"See now I have to stay with you all night to make sure you'll be okay.." yuna sighed as she looked at the unconscious Kai.
With all her power, Yuna managed to bring Kai to the living room and placed a blanket over his body. She then placed her palm on Kai's forehead and immediately retreated.
"Geez you're hot!!" She flinched. Yuna then realized what she just said and smacked her head, "Get yourself together, Yuna!! What are you thinking!"
"Be careful Yuna.. you might fall in love again."
And there goes Yeji's statement. What could be any worse?
