Eikko and Me- A Selection Story

Chapter 4

I woke up to what felt like tickling on my neck. I quickly realized those were kisses. I sighed, taking them all in as they softly touched my skin.

"Good morning my beautiful wife," he sang. I realized I must have sighed to loud, and I turned to look at him. I smiled. His face was a few inches from mine. He pulled me closer. That was when I realized I had no clothes on. I separated us with a bit of the sheet.

"Good morning my handsome husband." I hugged him around the sheet. He sighed, and I just closed my eyes to breathe it in.

"Are you excited to find out where we are going, my queen?" I looked into his eyes, hoping for an answer.

"You seem to have everyone in on it except me. I might just have to meg it out of-"

"They will not tell you! They are sworn to secrecy!" I just smiled at him, and put my head on his shoulder. He kissed my forehead and then started stroking through and twirling his fingers in my hair. "This honeymoon will be a break from reality for a week. I tried to make it longer, but then I realized your parents would be doing your job. I know how stressful that would be for you since the reason you took the thrown was for them to have time off."

"Should I go start packing to get ready to go?" I started to leave, then he pulled me right back to him, with a bit more force than I think he intended.

"You are not going anywhere! Iva already has packed your stuff, and so has Dile with my stuff." Dile was his butler; he did the work of a maid.

"You know we have family that came from out of town. We should visit before we lea-"

He cut me off. " We are not leaving till tonight so I want to order some breakfast in bed with my wife. After breakfast, we can get ready for the day and visit our family."

"Ok. We have a deal." He rang the bell for castle room service. The bell was added recently. It was one of my gifts to Eikko, although I knew he would take advantage of it. I did not mind though.

Two hours later

I finished getting dressed into a knee-length, short sleeve, yellow floral dress. I pulled the top half of my hair into a bun, and but on some silver strappy heels. I was about to head downstairs when I felt Eikko's arms wrap around me.

He looked into my eyes and whispered, "I love you my beautiful Eadlyn." He kisses me. I go to kiss him back when I fell nauseous. I run to the bathroom and vomit in the toilet. Eikko came running in to see if I was okay.

He pulled the rest of my hair out of my face and put his arm around me. I felt a little safer in my husband's arms. I looked into his eyes. I could see he was questioning if I was okay. I nodded at him. I stood up and started to walk to my room when it came again. I ran back and vomited in the sink.

"Eady, beautiful, let's get you to the hospital wing to check up on you." I nodded and realized something. Mom was always nauseous when she was pregnant with Osten and Kaden. My eyes went huge. I didn't realize how big they were until Eikko started to look concerned.

"What is it? Are you okay?" I nodded and rang the bell. Iva came running in and curtsied. "Yes, your majesty?"

I hated it when she called me that, but I let it slide. I went up to her ear because Eikko was watching. I whispered, "I need a pregnancy test, a couple to double-check actually." She gave me wide eyes and nodded.

I paced back and forth and waited for Iva to come back. I watch Eikko as he's watching me, confused. Iva rushed back in with the tests, curtsied, and left. I ran to the bathroom and closed the door. I then took the tests. I opened the door, with the tests, and Eikko saw them. His eyes were wide eyes, and he came up to me. He watched them while they were loading. He put his arm around me. I could feel him shaking. All of a sudden the results came up. We found out...

IM GOING TO LEAVE YOU ON A CLIFFHANGER! (I'm nice I know) I hope you enjoyed this story, and I will have the next one up, hopefully by this Friday. I might have to create a schedule.
