We all LOVED (and for me cried) when reading all 5 (plus the bonus book) of the Selection series! So many people have done things that happen to America and Maxen, Illea's favorite couple. But, I have not seen many done with Eadlyn and Eikko! (Erik)...
Last time on: "Eikko and Me- A Selection Story," we left off at: " I could feel him shaking. All of a sudden the result came up. We found out..."
PICKING UP WHERE WE LEFT OFF!
We found out I was pregnant! I stared at the test in shock. Eikko looked into my eyes, full of shock. I saw tears coming out of his eyes. He was smiling so wide. I smiled back at him when I realized that I was crying.
"Eadlyn we're having a baby!" He embraced mine, and tears were falling out of both of our eyes. He pulled away and wiped the tears out of my eyes. I did the same to him. We sat on my bed, still shocked. I wondered how we were going to tell everyone. I did not think I would get pregnant within 24 hours of my wedding day!
"Eikko, everyone is in town now. We need to announce it before the honeymoon. But how do we do it? We can't just say, 'guess who couldn't wait to lose their virginity and got pregnant!?'" Eikko stared at me, wondering what to do. I could not think of anything. I put my head on his shoulder when he perked up.
"Okay. Do not hate me for this. We need to put the honeymoon on hold while we figure out all the report details. Or, we can wait till the baby is born to go on a family vacation. Also, didn't you say your mom loves jeans?"
I sighed. "I guess putting it off will be useful. We have to think about it though," he nodded. "Yes, she has always loved jeans. Why do you ask?"
"I have an idea for a pregnancy announcement. We can get her jeans and under that a tee-shirt. It can have pink and blue letters. We can have Iva make it say, 'I'm a grandma' or something like it."
"It can be an early birthday present for her."
"Her birthday is in May though!" Then I thought of something. "Halloween is coming up! Why don't we turn it into an early birthday and Halloween gift."

I smiled at my husband and he nodded at the idea. I rang the bell for Iva to come.
"Iva, I have to ask a favor from you, can you promise to keep a secret?"
~A/N~ Wellllllllll.... wasn't planning on writing that when I started this story! I am sorry this chapter is kind of short! I am really busy in the week, due to Dance, Religion Class, Girl Scouts, and Musical Practice right now! I will try to upload as much as I can! -Kenzie
