LISA POV

Jennie doesn't respond to my kiss , instead she's quiet , not reacting , but I have my forehead against hers and our lips are now close as I try to take a breath.

Both of our lips are parted near each other's and I stand up straight away when I realise what the fuck I just did.

Just as I open my mouth to literally say anything I Irene walk's in alone with a bag of fruits and flowers.

Thank god , I won't leave Jennie alone in a hospital room so I'm happy Irene has come to save me from this awkward situation .

But Irene tugs my arm to not leave her alone with Jennie.

"I have to go to college now , it's nearly 8.30 and I can't be late , see you guys later" I say before running out , leaving Irene and Jennie to talk it out.

NO POV

"Can I sit here?" Irene asks her younger sister cautiously before actually sitting down.

Jennie nods and then Irene sits down.

"Unnie I wanted to say sorry for my behaviour yesterday" Jennie says quietly , enough for her sister to hear which results in Irene's heart racing , a bundle of happiness hits Irene and fills her completely.

Her smile widens and she reaches up to kiss her sister on the cheek.

"I know you were under pressure and scared , don't worry it's already forgotten about" Irene responds to her sister before she stands up and begins getting comfortable against

She gets the fruits out and makes Jennie eat , Jennie tries her best to open up to her sister although it was hard for Jennie she was better than yesterday and Irene noticed they way Jennies attitude changed for the better.

"What time did Lisa come over?" Irene asks her little sister

Jennie remembers the kiss her and Lisa just had , she don't know why it made her melt when thinking about it.

Maybe that will prevent Lisa from talking to her , she doesn't like Lisa asking her what's wrong , she doesn't want her family to know anything.

She wants her family to not ask her any questions , when they ask her questions it makes her think about it.

For example when someone asks 'are you okay?' and even though you weren't going to cry that simple question makes you break down.

Just like that Jennie hates it.

"Jennie?" Irene hums out as she realises Jennie just zoned out , it concerns Irene when her sister is overthinking about something

But this time it was Lisa in Jennie's mind.

She just kissed Lisa and she couldn't believe it .

"What did you ask?" Jennie asks her sister

"What time did Lisa come?" Irene just wanted to know because she would do anything to keep the conversation going , Jennie is actually speaking to her , it's a miracle for her , she doesn't want to sabotage this moment so she'd ask her sister anything.

"Like a 45 minutes ago?" Jennie says to her sister

"What's the deal with you two?" Irene asks curiously

Jennies eyes widen , did Irene see Lisa kiss her?

Jisoo would fucking kill Lisa and V would go insane , as much as Jennie wants everyone away from her , Lisa getting hurt by her siblings because of her would break her.

Jisoo and Lisa's bond is too strong to be broken over someone who's so broken.

"What do you mean?" Jennie asks

"Chill I don't think your dating , I mean how comes you only listen to Lisa , I know she's like a sister to you but like you know all of us love you just like she does , we care about you just the same" Irene explains to her sister

"It's not a competition why is everyone so jealous about it? I am speaking to you aren't I unnie?" Jennie responds to her sister

"I know I'm happy , I love you and care about you a lot you know that" Irene says to her sister softly

"I love you too unnie but seriously you all need to stop talking to me like I'm a patient in a mental asylum" Jennie says to her sister

Lisa doesn't do that , Lisa is still the same annoying Lisa , just like before.

The kiss

Jennies mind wonders off to the kiss , she wonders if Lisa would face her again.

Then remembering what bothers her she shrugs it off , good,

The less people around her the better for her.

"You girls okay?" Their dad enters and Irene nods as he kisses both of their foreheads.

"Let's check your temperature and heart rate" their dad says to Jennie as he turns into doctor mode again.
