Unexpected (Tyler Herro/ Miami Heat)

Sixteen

"Babe!" Tyler pushed Arlie awake.

"What?!" She whined.

"Wake up!"

"Five more minutes."

"I'll drag your ass out of bed. You know I would."

"God damn it Tyler! What?!" She sat up.

"Merry Christmas." He smiled then pressed his lips on hers.

She didn't kiss back and instead gave him the death stare, "are you fucking serious?" She asked.

"Very, let's go. Get up." He said standing up.

"We have to wait until my mom, sister, and PJ come over anyways."

"I know we could've. But I didn't want to."

She laid back down, "five more minutes."

"Come on." He pulled the sheet off.

"Tyler! I'm in my underwear!"

"And?" he laughed.

"Your brothers are here!"

He walked over and locked the door, "come on get ready."

She turned to her side, "five more minutes."

"Why don't you wanna get up?"

"Why?" She pulled out her phone, "because it's seven in the fucking morning Ty."

"Do it for me."

"Not enough." She shut her eyes to sleep.

"We could save water."

"Or I could sleep."

"Please."

She threw his pillow at him.

"What was that for?" He asked.

She didn't respond.

"Arlie?" He asked again.

And again she said nothing.

"So you're just gonna ignore me now?" He smirked.

Still, silence filled the room.

He grabbed her legs and BOOM yanked her out of bed.

"Tyler Christopher Herro! You did not!" Her mouth dropped.

"I did." He smiled and crossed his arms.

She got up, "fine your ass is getting coal." she laughed and walked over to the bathroom.

She grabbed her toothbrush and put toothpaste on it. Once she began brushing her teeth Tyler came over and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Merry Christmas." He kissed the top of her head.

She spit in the sink, "Merry christmas." Then went back to brushing her teeth.

"Was that so hard?" He teased.

She smiled and rolled her eyes.

Once they were finished getting ready it was around 8:30. Arlie walked out of Tyler's room while he stayed behind to put on his shoes.

Austin was awake on the couch, "where's Myles?" Arlie asked walking over to make coffee.

"Sleeping still."

"Must be nice."

"Ty woke you up?"

"He literally yanked me out of bed."
