Greenshadow and Solar Flare were seated in the mission room in L.E.A.F HQ, this is where they plan to stuff,
the recent news about a new hero surprised them so much, they were dying to hear of it, and since Grassknuckles was running late, they might as well die anyway, finally, what seemed like forever,
Grassknuckles appeared in the doorway
"sorry I'm late..."
"for the love of plants SPILL IT ALREADY"
Solar Flare's voice woke the sleeping Greenshadow with a start
"what? who? where? oh... Grassknuckles, the tardy hero, what's your excuse?"
"sorry, sorry I could find my way here"
"or you found your heart all the way to Carrotina..."
"Flare...." both Greenshadow and Grassknuckles warned, Greenshadow turned to Grassknuckles
"report"
"oh yes, well it's true, a new plant hero has been spotted, he's a peashooter, or some scouts say that he is anyway"
then the screen In front of them lit up
"this was captured by security footage at a robbery incident"
the footage showed Superbrainz snatching a hi-tech device, probably zomboss' orders, then Grassknuckles paused the screen,
"see that weird shadow there?" Grassknuckles asked encircling a spot on the screen solar and greenshadow looked at the encircled area,
yes there was something strange, there was a shadow shaped like a peashooter instead of Superbrainz' shadow, but no actual peashooter,
then solar and Greenshadow watched wide eyed as the shadow 'emerged' from the floor, and a hooded figure took its place, solar paused the screen
"Penelope! you can hide in shadows!?"
"what?! that's not me, grassknuckles, when did this robbery take place?"
"oh, uh... about twelve hours ago, but the boss didn't give the scientists working a night off, so they were held hostage by Superbrainz"
"then it couldn't have been me, I was practically exhausted because solar here made me watch a movie with her last night"
