PvzHero: SolarFlare chapter 1: lovestruck

'oh no' you thought, 'what do I say? should I talk to her? should I ask why she's here?'

"yo" a feminine voice broke your thoughts, it was solar flare herself, she was looking right at you whilst blowing up the gum "wanna play?" she asked

you looked around, but no one answered, "m-me?" you said a bit uncertain

"yeah you, wanna game?" she asked again "c'mon, I'm bored playing against a computer" you slowly took your seat right next to her "s-so, ugh" you began "how'd you end up here?" 

"I was bored at Hq so I took a stroll until I found this place" she said dropping two coins "I'll be player one, you be number 2" she said grabbing the controls

"uh okay" you said

(about an hour later)

"yo, rad skills dude! where'd ya learn that!" solar said as she spammed the controls
"I-uh Ive been playing this game for as long as I remember" you said shyly

"well you sure are a pro" then she said, "say... are you good with pranks?"

"uh not really but I do it sometimes" you replied not seeing where this was going

"Ive got a private video I took some months back, I wanted to post it anonymously, wanna help?" she asked eyes gleaming
you sputtered "I-uh...well... you see, Ive got school work later... gotta go!" you said as you ran passed solar

'what's up with him?' she wondered

on the way back home you were talking to your friend Zack "dude I don't really know what to do, I just met her and what did I do?! run off that's what" zack laughed as he walked beside you

"ya know..." he said "I know a guy that could help us"

"really?" you said hopefully

"really! c'mon I'll show you"

(a 30 min walk later)

"were here, this is his house" Zack said knocking on the door

"coming!" came a voice from the other side, just then the front door opened to reveal a teenage boy in glasses "hello there Zack, who's he?"

"mat, this is (Y/n), (Y/n) this is Matpat, a theorist in the making"

"uh hi" you said "I need some help" "well then c'mon in! mom and dad are gone so it ain't a problem" he said as you stepped in his house

"so what is your problem we've got here?" he asked "it may sound crazy, but he met solar flare at the arcade his dad works at" zack said nudging you by the elbow

"woah, really? so why did you come here anyway" mat said as he poured himself a diet coke, "well, you see..." you quickly explained what happened at the arcade, mat looks at you thoughtfully, nodding his head every now and then. after your explanation,

he gave a smirk and said "well I don't see what's wrong with, you just have a crush on her that's all"

at first you were relived,
'phew at least'

and then you thought 'wait what?'

"hang on" you started "so your saying is..."
"yes" said mat, nodding reluctantly "you've got a crush on that flower hero"
