As everyone predicted, the Team split shortly after Jerome had finally asked a Ryan to join. Ryan said yes, but they all quickly went their separate ways, and the team fell apart.
Rachael's schizophrenia worsened as the days went on, and she was eventually hospitalized. She died a month later.
Savannah was taken with Mitch to Pennsylvania, where they soon found a temporary home to live in. Jerome moved in with them sometime later.
Noah and Ryan lived in Florida for a long while, but quickly decided it wasn't their favorite, so they moved in down the street from Mitch, Jerome, and Savannah.
Steven and Adam moved back to Adam's hometown in Washington, and Adam married his new girlfriend, Alesa. They had a little girl together, whom they named Rachael in her honor. They promised to name the next one Shailene, if they had another girl.
Savannah and Steven often played video games together, and recorded them for their own mildly popular YouTube channels. Noah joined in too, eventually.
The Team still recorded together often, but they couldn't bring themselves to move back in with each other. They had already gone their separate ways, and there was no turning back.
As for Shailene?
She watched over all of them with a careful eye, and made sure to welcome Rachael when she got the chance.
