"What do you mean I can't join the front-liners!?" I shout at them. It's been about two months since this game started, and somehow even though I am level 36 they won't let me up on the upper floors. Asuna, Silica, Klein, and Lizbeth all just look at me and shake their heads. Here we are, 2 months into the game, the front liners are at floor 25, and we are still just chillin at floor 17. And to top that off, we haven't seen Kirito since the start!
"C'mon! I'm level 36! You should let me join! I want to fight!" Asuna looks at me with a look of disgust and says, "Listen, you nearly died on floor 9 last month. You were in the red, we don't want that happening again." Okay, so I almost died on floor 9, so what. I was only level 17 then. I wasn't even on the margin to even fight. But now I am, and more than 10 levels above the floor number.
Lizbeth looks at Asuna, "Asuna, just let her fight. We all know the only reason she's getting stronger is because-" she stops and gives a grin at me, "-she wants to see Kirito." My cheeks suddenly flush, can it do that in-game? "No, no, no, that's not it. I want to be useful! Not just chillin here like a coward!" Asuna looks at me with a glare, "Fine, you can go by yourself but remember one thing. If you see him, make sure you tell him he's not invited in this guild, and neither are you."
Did she just seriously say that to me? Klein sighs and shakes his head. Silica and Lizbeth are trying to calm Asuna down. "Fine, but YOU remember this. I wouldn't want to comeback anyway!" I open the menu and leave the guild. The confirmation button pops up. I look at the blue button and hesitate. Then I press it. "Goodbye, I won't need to see you guys again." I run out of the building of our guild. I run to the teleport gate in town. I look on the pedastel and find the Floor 25 name. "Teleport! Gloria!" The blue light enters my vision and I dissapear.
When my vision comesback I see a long grassy field with rocks jutting out of the ground. I see various people around in armor and outfits that look very expensive. But they all have their heads down with their health bars in the Yellow zone. What is going on here? With my sword on my side I run out into the fields. I hear it before I see it. I gigantic bear with huge claws attacking some players. They all are in the yellow zone, and I run over to help.
The slashes it's claws again and hits two people. They explode into polygons and dissapear. I take out my sword and run at it. I realized my error too late as it bit my sword arm off. I fell to the ground with my HP dropping rapidly and the "No-hand sign above it". My HP goes down to 3692/8478. No wonder they didn't want me up here. I was nearly taken out in one hit. Above me the bear readies it's claws for a downward slash at me. It's claws come falling down over me. I let out a loud shriek and I know I am about to go into a coma.
Suddenly the bear dissapears and explodes into blue polygons. Tears are streaming down my face as I look up. With a Black sword in one hand a Blueish-green one in another, I see him standing above me. Kirito.
