Hey guys! 1.8k reads now!!!! It's soooo close to 2k! I want to make that special chapter already but I guess I have to wait a little longer... anyways! Shino just hit Asuna with her sword! Was it intentional? Was it an accident? Who knows? You will by the end of the chapter! Also wish me luck on my final exams next week for school! (Gosh I'm really scared for Algebra...) Because of these finals, I probably won't be able to update as often. I will Gomen ahead of time. The 2K might pass during that so I'm sorry. Also the special chapter, expect it to be looooooooooooooooooong. I have been working on it and can't wait to post it. At the end of this chapter I'm putting an inside look! Anyways! My Elucidator hits something, and I know it isn't a monster. I quickly turn around to see the last of Asuna's health dropping to 0. "Asuna!" She looks up at me with a shocked look on her face. As she starts to glow I go into my pouch and find the revival item. "REVIVE! ASUNA!" The glow starts to fade away, and her health goes all the way back to 24677/24677. She gets up with her sword and charges the monsters.
Soon all the monsters are defeated. The trap's veil goes down and everyone walks out, there were no casualties. Except for my heart. Asuna walks up to me as I was on my knees. She looks down on me with a unsure look. "Hey uhm, thanks for saving me. You were going to use that on Kirito weren't you? I'm sorry. That was my fault for thinking I coud take on a Floor 29 trap by myself. Anyway, I'm sorry about what I said before. You know, when you left. I... wasn't... all together. I... am truly sorry... you deserved him more than me." her face starts tearing up as she turns and walks away.
Has Asuna changed? Is she back to how she used to be? I hope so. I liked the old Asuna. Before she went all whack on us. But, now I can't save Kirito because Asuna was stupid. A familiar rage swells up in my stomach, I should have just let her die. I should have saved Kirito instead! I had the opportunity and I wasted it on Asuna!
I never want to see her. I may have saved her, but that's the last time. I will never, ever see her again. I sprint home, runnig through the door with tears pouring down my face. My one chance to bring him back. Gone. In a blink of an eye. Why? Why did this happen? Why can't I be happy? I just want him to be back. I look at the Elucidator still in my hand. I don't want to be here anymore. I look at my reflection in my blade. What a mess I am.
I will never be able to be happy without him. I... I... don't want to live with out him. I take my Elucidator, his Elucidator, and shove it through my body. I drink a paralysis potion so I don't have second thoughts. This is the end... I don't have to endure this anymore. I will wake up when they beat the game. Then I can see Kirito. My beloved Kirito... who I couldn't save. Nothing I can do now.
Soon my HP drops to the Yellow zone. 4399/8798. This is how I go, Shino Asada, level 42. 2985/8798. Red zone soon hits. 1173/8798. 50/8798. 10/8798. 1/8798. Good bye... a red "Your Dead" sign pops up. All is black.
