I've only been home for two hours and now Jahseh is calling me.
"Yes" I answered the phone.
"Heyyy how you doing?" He asked and it made me squint my eyes at him.
"What are you about to ask me Jahseh?" I asked him and he awkwardly chuckled.
"Lucy please can you come stay at my house while Liyah is here? I have no one else to help with her" he told me making me sigh.
"I have to work Jah" I told him and he nodded.
"I'll watch her then and you help when you are there, please" he begged making me sigh again.
"I don't know Jah-" I started but he cut me off.
"Pleasssssssssssssee" he begged making me roll my eyes.
"Fine" I told him which made him cheer up.
"Okay well I'll see you guys tomorrow" he told me before hanging up.
I just shook my head and looked at Liyah.
"This is your fault, all you had to do was be nice to him today" I told her and she just looked around.
"Its okay because you're cute" I told her with a smile that made her giggle.
I sighed and picked her up to take her upstairs to our room so that we could watch tv before bed. Liyah really is the only person I have. Everyone else is very helpful when it comes to physical things but Jahliyah helps my mental.
I turned on the tv for us and playing her cartoon so she could go to sleep with me. This wasn't her favorite that she liked to actually get up and watch she liked to watch this one laying down.
Me and Liyah were beginning to fall asleep before my phone started ringing again making me roll my eyes. I looked at it to see that it was Jahseh so I decided to answer.
"I didn't say Goodnight to Liyah" he told me making me nod and turn the camera to her.
"Goodnight baby" he coped at her which made her smile a little.
"How you smiling now that I'm on the phone but you couldn't do it when you were with me?" He questioned her making me giggle.
"Because she knows I'm still right here" I told him and he sucked his teeth.
"That's not fair. Liyah I helped make you you can't just switch up on me like that" he told her and she babbled back to him which made him smile.
I took a screenshot while they both smiled.
"Lucy you acting like Cleo, stop it. But send me that" he told me making me giggle.
"Alright. Goodnight Jahseh we gotta go to sleep."
"Speaking of, what time is it going to be tomorrow?" He asked and I shrugged.
"I don't have to work till the afternoon so we'll come on the morning so I can help some before leaving" I told him and he nodded.
"Please be here by 11" he told me and I nodded this time.
"Okay y'all can go to sleep now" he told me and I nodded before hanging up.
