Chapter 29

Tiffany's pov:
   Today is Royalty's birthday party. Nia had celebrated it big last year and the year before that, but I asked if Chris and I can do it this year for her. She agreed. I just finished cooking Royalty her favorite breakfast. Blueberry pancakes, Strawberry waffles and bacon on the side. I put Aeko in the high chair as Chris held Lyric. Mama J went to wake up Royalty and cover her eyes so she doesnt see all the gifts we got her. "Birthday Girl is here!!" Mama J said. She uncovered her eyes and Royalty smiled widely. "MY FAVORITE." She said making us smile.

We all sat down and said grace then started eating. "What's the plan for today booboo?" Chris asked. Obviously she doesnt know about the party we're throwing her. "Mhmm I just want to spend time with Aeko and Lyric. I know they are babies but I love them." She said. We all "awww'd" after she said that. "Wanna watch Disney plus?" Chris asked. "YEAH!" She yelled in excitement.

After breakfast, Mama J cleaned up while Chris, Royalty and Aeko went to watch movies. I took Lyric with me to party city so I could get some last minute things.

Once there, I walked in with Lyric in my arms. I walked around grabbing what I needed. I bumped into someone turning into the next aisle. "Oh im sorry." I said. "No its completely okay..." He said. I looked up at him remembering that voice from somewhere. "Brian?" I asked. "Oh my god Tiff." He said. "How are you?" I asked. "Im great. How are you?" He asked. "Im doing good." I said. "Who's this cutie?" He asked smiling at Lyric. "This is Lyric, my daughter." I said. "She looks like you." He said. "The lies. She look like her daddy." I said with a laugh. "How are you and Chris?" He asked. "We're good." I said lying. Im not telling my old best friend what happened. See Brian is gay, we were hella close but we both moved. He lived in Texas and I came to LA.

"Got any kids?" I asked with a little laugh. "Yeah. I got a son. JAY!!" He yelled. A little boy about Royalty's age came. "Yes?" He asked. "Meet daddy's friend Tiffany and her daughter Lyric." Brian said. "Hello." He said waving. "Hi sweetie." I said. "Take my number down. Maybe we could link up." He said. "Sure." I said with a smile. We exchanged numbers and I went on my way. I invited him to the party because of Jay his son. I hope Chris dont have an issue with it.

*at home*

I just got home. Chris held Royalty in place so she "wouldnt see the presents." In reality we dont want her seeing the extra party stuff. Mama J hid the stuff while I went upstairs to change Lyric. Once I finished, Mama J offered to take Royalty to the park with Aeko. They left so Chris and I could set everything up and people could come to surprise her.

I fed Lyric, burped her and put her down for a little nap while Chris and I did everything. Trey, V, Noah, Tyga and King came to help.

*after everything and everyone showed up*

I called mama J and told her she can come back. Chris was dressed up and so was I. Akeo had a black track suit on and Lyric had a cute dress.
