Chapter 55

Tiffany's pov: *a month later*
   I was TRULY tired but we're currently in court. Ohhh Ammika was not playing. I sat with Lyric, Jay, Mama J, Nia and Roro. Aeko was on Ammika's side with Ammika's best friend. I got alot of stuff to do at home and for my channel yet Im here because of her. I know Chris is just as annoyed as I am. He was stressing himself out yesterday night over this. He thinks the judge will take his rights away cause of his past issues with the law and Nia. I told him not to worry.

Honestly this WHOLE shit is stupid. They were doing great co-parenting and Chris pays child support so I dont know what she's doing. Nia was currently on stand. "Ms.Guzman.. did you and Mr.Brown have a good relationship prior to making Royalty?" Ammika's lawyer asked.

Nia's pov:
   "Yes we were great friends." I said. "And what about after Royalty?" He asked. "Well it wasnt the best in the beginning because I hid Royalty from him for a year." I said. "Mhmm, how is Mr.Brown as a father?" He asked. "Amazing. He's always there for Royalty. They are two peas in a pod. They always talk on the phone, send voice notes, make tiktoks. They have a great bond." I said. "Is there anything else Ms.Harris?" The judge asked. "Yes. Can I talk to Royalty." She said. "Ms.Guzman?" He asked. "Yes thats fine." I said.

Royalty's pov:
   I walked up there. "I swear." I said after putting my hand on a bible. I dont wanna be here but its for my daddy and brother. "Hello Royalty." the guy said. "Hi.." I said. "How's the home life with your dad?" He asked. "Its great." I said. "Really? You dont ever feel jealous that theres more than one kid home?" He asked. "No sir." I said. "How's your bond with Aeko?" He asked. "Good." I said. "Is your dad nice?" He asked. "Yes always." I said. "He's never yelled?" He asked. "Only when we're bad but he never gets really loud." I said. "No hitting?" He asked. "No. Daddy has never hit us." I said. "And what about Tiffany?" He asked. "She's nice." I said. "Always has been." I added. "Thats great. No further questions." He said.

Tiffany's pov:
  "Tiffany to the stand please." Ammika's lawyer said. I walked and sat down. "I swear." I said. "Arent you Aeko's and Royalty's step mom?" He asked. "Yes." I said. "How is Mr.Brown's parenting skills?" He asked. "Good. He's the best dad. Nothing comes before his kids. He will do anything and EVERYTHING to see them smiling and to keep them happy." I said. "How's your relationship with Ms.Harris?" He asked. "Not good but I personally think that shouldnt matter in this case." I said. "Why so?" He asked. "Because this case is about Ammika trying to take rights away from Chris." I said. "No further questions." He said. "Anything else Ms.Harris?" The judge asked in an annoyed tone. "No sir." She said.

Chris's pov:
   "Mr.Brown?" The judge asked. "Can I call Ms.Harris to the stand?" I asked. "Of course. Ms.Harris." He said. Tiff moved and she walked to the stand and did the swear thing. "Can the kids be removed?" I asked. "Yes." The judge said. Mama J took Roro, Lyric, Jay and Aeko out the room.

"Ms.Harris, didnt we have intercourse while Tiffany and I were dating once?" I asked. The whole room gasped. "Yes." She said. "And what did you tell me the day I went to tell you I wanted to stop?" I asked. "Nothing. You willingly had sex with me." She said. "Mhmm thats not what I recall." I said. "I have evidence your honor." I said. "Bring it here." He said. I walked over and handed him screenshots between Ammika's convo with me, convos of Ammika and Tiffany, and a voice recording of Ammika's sentiment when I tried to stop having sex with her.

The whole room was shook. "Ms.Harris?" He asked. "I have no words." She said. "So you tried blackmailing this man?" He questioned her. "Yes..." She said. "I rule in favor of Mr.Brown. He's still allowed to see his son every other week. Child support stays the same. Aeko is to stay at Mr.Browns house for 2 weeks then back to Ms.Harris. Ms.Harris if you try to interfere with Mr. and Mrs.Brown relationship again, there will be consequences." He said and banged his gavel.
