As the morning rises, another day as queen starts, and so on the council meetings.
"She's not suited to be Queen. Caliban is much more king that she will ever be!" One of the old kings say.
"Serena is Lucifer's daughter! A queen by blood and birth! Half angel and half witch! Your prince is made of dirt!" Lillith defends me.
"You mean half mortal! We don't know who the mother of that girl was."
"Maybe some other whore of Lucifer!" One of them accuses. I raise and hand and with a sudden move he's gasping for air.
"Disrespect my mother again and I swear that you will be screaming for mercy before I end with your pathetic useless life." I threaten him. "Dismiss!" I command and everyone leaves the table.
...
"I need you help." Sabrina appears in the middle of my room.
"Brina?" Her face is full of fear. "What's wrong?"
"It's Roz. They got Roz."
"Who got Roz?!" I try to understand what she's talking, but she's rumbling about pagans and fairytales. "Ow-ow. What do you mean by she became stone?"
"I don't know! Harvey and Roz went to the carnival and Roz entered a room alone and after some hours she turn to stone!"
"Okay, and how can I help?"
"I need you to help me with a spell. I'm trying everything I know but I can't find one to revert her state!" Sabrina is terrified with the thought of losing Roz. As am I.
"Maybe I can help." Caliban enters my room.
"What do you know about turning someone from stone to flesh?" Sabrina asks confuse.
"I'm made of clay." He remembers her.
"Fine. Come with us." He comes closer to us and Sabrina teletransport us for Theo's garage.
"Serena! Thank god you are here!" Theo hugs me.
"Speak Caliban." Sabrina demands. "How can you help us?"
"There's a spell, a Pygmalion spell that will turn her back into flesh.
"Do you know it?"
"Not by heart, no, I'd have to find it."
"And what do you want in return for that?"
"Nothing." He smirks. "Will you come, Princess?"
I look at the gang and then back at him and nod. "I'll go with Caliban and find the spell, I promise." He comes way closer to me and raises his biceps.
"Why's it called a Pygmalion spell?" I ask, curious.
"Don't you know the myth of Pygmalion? He was a sculptor who carved a woman made of ivory. Pygmalion fell in love with the statue, wished her alive. He made an offering to the gods, promised he would give up his greatest love, sculpting. In exchange, when Pygmalion kissed the statue, she turned to flesh." He tells me.
"That's beautiful." I smile. "Do you believe it?"
"What?"
"I'm asking if you believe on the myth." I clarify.
"Maybe. If someone made of clay can be created to serve Hell, maybe love can create someone too."
"I don't think you were created just to serve Hell." I smile softly.
"What are you talking, Princess?" He frowns.
"You are more than it meets the eye." I smile at him and I see a little smile forming on his lips.
