The bell rings signalling break and I run for the door.
"What time is it?"
"12:00. First lunch." Simon checks his watch. "Thanks for getting me out of two periods."
"You're very welcome. I need to go and find Amelia, go to your posse and get ready for battle." Simon jokingly salutes as we walk out of the room.
I weave between the sweaty bodies and make my way to my locker to meet Amelia.
"How'd it go?"
"I told him. He took it really well, unlike me, who passed out after it." Amelia pulled me into a hug once I closed my locker.
"Are you ok?" We made our way towards Amelias next lesson and stood outside of the class for a few minutes before the transition bell rang.
"I'm fine, Simon took me to the medical room and we've been in there since second period."
"How long were you out for?"
"All of third period and half of fourth." She stood there shocked before she started laughing.
"Only you would manage to pass out for an hour and a half, especially when you had Science."
"I'll see you later." I started to walk off before calling back to Amelia that I'd meet her outside of school after final period.
