Its another day of school after that incident at USJ.

It starts with each of us talking about the recent news where that incident was featured everywhere thinking of how we were all lucky to have made it out alive as well as imagining what would have happened if the pros didnt show up. There was the usual of people chit chatting with their friends and Bakugou getting mad about almost everything which is something that hasnt changed about him since middle school. Iida then calls our attention announcing that morning homeroom is about to start where we should quiet down and take our seats

Mina then asks me and Tsu who we think will be our homeroom substitute for today given Mr. Aizawa is probably still recovering from his injuries but before we had time to answer her question Mr. Aizawa walks through the door to everyones surprise, Iida asks him if he is alright in which he responds in his usual monotonous tone "my welfare is of no concern. More importantly our battle isnt over yet".

He announces the UA sports festival is around the corner which excites us all since its finally a normal school event for us but Jirou questions if it is alright for us to have a sports festival give the recent villain attack then Ojirou raises his concern that they may attack again in which Mr. Aizawa responds that the purpose of going through with this event is to prove that UA's crisis management system is outstanding where he follows us saying security will be five times stronger this year. He then tells us the sports festival is a major event in the whole country at par with the Olympics which is why it should not be cancelled just because of the USJ incident since many people are anticipating to watch it.

Yaoyorozu then tells us that all the top heroes in the country will be watching for scouting purposes where Kaminari adds that its typical after graduation to join a pro's agency as a side kick which makes me imagine how Dad made it to being a pro which took a lot of hard work. Jirou then roasts Kaminari by saying that many people miss their chances to become pros by remaining as side kicks where he would be one of them for being stupid which crushes him. Mr. Aizawa then says that were right that being in a popular heroes agency will provide more experience and fame too but chances are limited because if were chosen by a pro it will instantly open our future, to be exact there are only three chances in a year so we should not let it pass since were aiming to be aspiring heroes in fact as early as now we should prepare. He then dismisses us from homeroom

Meanwhile during our free period most of the class discusses how excited they for the sports festival with their goal to stand out which makes me worry if I would do good enough at least to not let Dad who was a former pro down but what is bothering me the most is if my height would be an obstacle for me with whatever activity there will be that day.

Iida asks Midoriya if he is not excited for the sports festival where he then reminds him we are enrolled in this school to become heroes in which of course he would be fired up, Tsu then tells me and Mina "thats an interesting way to be fired up".

While Iida and Midoriya are having their own convo Ochako then says to them with a determined look on her face sprouting a dark "lets work hard during the sports festival" in which Mina questions whats wrong commenting its so not like her, I then tell Mina "I think she could be pressured because to be honest I feel that way" where she asks me "why though you have a strong quirk and youre athletic too" where I reply "well all of you except Mineta are bigger than me so Im worried what if I get crushed literally in the process and my height is an obstacle" where Mina hugs me and says "you can do it Yu, I just know because youre a tough girl" where I say "thats Mina youre the best thats why youre one of my best friends" in which she replies "awww thanks girl, I love you"

Ochako then says still with that determined look and dark aura around her "Everyone! I will give my best" where me, Midoriya, Iida, Mina and Tsu cheers for her where she spreads the news to the others. I then tell Tsu my worries where she says "Ochako is right with what she said since it applies to us all, we just have to train hard while practicing with our quirks and we will be fine" so I tell her "were all in this together"

*timeskip to after classes end*

We notice a crowd of students outside our classroom where we all wonder what is going on. Iida then says in a commanding voice "what is your business with class 1-A?", Bakugou then explains how theyre inspecting us since we survived the recent villain attack which is pointless where he ends it saying "move it you extras" where he gets scolded by Iida

Some random guy with messy purple hair and a sleepy look on his face comes to the front of the crowd admiting that he came to see us since were the main topic of the rumors as well as questioning if were all arrogant which shocks us all, he then lectures us about how not everyone got into the hero course like us and transferring in is possible depending on the sports festivals results as well as the reverse of us being transferred out. In continuation to his lecture he says that even if were in the hero course and we get carried away as a result he is not afraid to declare war on is. I myself began to wonder why other classes are so against us like what did we even do to them.

We then hear another voice from the crowd boom saying "I heard you fought the villains so I came to hear about it, but youre getting way ahead of yourself" which leaves us all speechless, whoever that was continues by saying "if you hype yourselves too much you will embarrass yourselves" where Bakugou walks off without saying a word making Kirishima ask what he plans to do saying that he is probably the reason why all the other classes hate us in which he replies "it doesnt matter as long as you get to the top" surprising us all and it angers the random person who was yelling at us.

That statement impressed Kirishima who described it as simple and manly at the same time a lot of us saw a point in Bakugou's statement where we all have to make it to the top not caring about what the other classes think of us.

From then onwards all of us started seriously training to prepare for the sports festival which is in 2 weeks especially given that it will be broadcasted on TV. I train by practicing breathing big streams of fire eating chilis to increase the strength of my fire with cough candy in my pockets to relieve my throat when it dries and at the same time I try to keep my scales and enhansed senses on as long as I can applying anti itch lotion when my skin starts to itch and white flower ointment when my head starts to hurt.

I train with Mina and Ochako practicing my aim with my fire breath and with Ojiro for my martial arts and gymnastics moves which made me realize my skills were rusty since I stopped taking my classes after I graduated middle school so I really had to spend hours practicing to get back on track. I also hit the gym to work out in hopes of increasing my strength too since nobody knows what the obstacle courses are for the sports festival until that very day.

Those 2 weeks went by very quickly by the time we knew it
