Tale of a Short Warrior [Eijiro Kirishima x OC]

Bakugou Rescue Mission Part 2

After some time we slip out of the crowd then Yaomomo tells us to follow her lead. After some time we arrive at a warehouse where Kirishima asks if this is our destination so Yaomomo says shes not sure but it says it is according to the transmitter, she then tells me to use my dragon nose to find any clues so as I activate it I smell a faint scent something strange but familiar which I cant process now.  I report it to Yaomomo where she tells the others "this is it" then Kirishima asked me if I detected Bakugou's scent by chance where I say no.

Iida tells me "Ryuzetsu since youre small enough, no offence here, and your dragon senses can help in detecting things you have to sneak in but if I feel its too dangerous I wont let you do it", he then turns to the others saying "all of you are my friends so I wont hesitate to call the police too". Midoriya thanks him then says he will think of a plan where he begins to mutter away.

We finally make it to the place where the coast is clear since I dont sense anyone inside the building with my dragon ears also from what we can see there is no lights too which proves it. As Midoriya continues to observe the place to find a way for us to get in suddenly we hear someone say "whatcha guys doing" where we turn around to see two drunk men who have really red faces where one of them asks us to drink but his friend slaps his head telling him to stop, Todoroki leads us away from them.

He tells us that even if there are no people in the building there still are around even if there are very few so we cant do anything that stands out where going into the building through the front might be suspicious. Suddenly Midoriya tells us we should go through the back pointing at the space between the walls of the two buildings since thats the only way we can get through without being suspected.

As we go through everyone comments about how narrow it is that Yaomomo comments it feels like she would get stuck while with me it wasnt a problem but I have to wait for the others to go through since Im between Todoroki and Iida who are huge. Kirishima tells me "its a good thing youre small Ryuzetsu because at least you can easily get through" which is true so instead of seeing my size as a curse I have to start seeing the perks of it like now.

Midoriya then says "we cant move until we confirm its safe, at least no one will see us here", suddenly he spots a window telling us that we can take a peek from there where I volunteer since my dragon eyes lets me see in the dark. Yaomomo offers to make a night vision scope for whoever else wants to have a look inside but Kirishima interrupts her saying he brought one with him explaining that while planning this mission he felt that would be needed which surprises Midoriya who comments on how expensive it is but Kirishima says the price doesnt matter because this mission is more important.

Todoroki then asks me and Kirishima to take a look inside saying him and Iida will carry us on their shoulders so Iida bends down then I step on his shoulders using the wall in front of me as support then Todoroki carries Kirishima. The window is a bit high for me so its a good thing I kept my heels on because if I took them off I wont be able to see inside, I activate my dragon eyes where what I see shocks me so I almost fall back but Kirishima puts a hand on my back to support me then asks what I saw.

I tell him to see for himself so he uses his nigh vision scope where he also gets shocked by the sight I saw, its like a factory of nomus which are all submerged in water with tubes attached to them where I realized the familiar thing I smelled was the scent of a nomu which I unconsciously picked up during training camp when me, Todoroki, Midoriya abd Shouji ran into one. Recalling what Iida said earlier I ask him if I still need to go inside to take a look where he says no need.

Suddenly we hear a racket where we look through the space at the end of the wall to see Mount Lady, as she smashes the wall it sends a huge gust of wind making me and Kirishima fall overwhere I fall on him then Todoroki catches him almost falling over but Yaomomo uses all her strength to push him up. If this happened any other time Id be a blushing mess since I just fell on my crush but now is a serious time where I dont have time to think of my feelings for him.

Iida points out that the pros have arrived so we dont have do take action anymore, Midoriya mentions All Might is probably here where Yaomomo says that means we can rest easy so being on the other end she was about to lead us out when suddenly a blast destroys the warehouse where we all take cover in the nearest space.

Suddenly I get a vision of all of us dead lying on the ground covered in blood and other visions of us dead which scares me to death so I freeze in fear with the others doing the same, I dont know if this vision is showing the future because I dont want to die before I tell Kirishima how I feel and before I finish high school. Was it the wrong decision for me to agree to come for Kirishima's sake?

After sometime we hear a familiar voice where after the villain says "sorry Bakugou" which means thats him but we still remain frozen in fear clinging on to each other where I hold on to Todoroki's arm tight, Midoriya is about to move but Iida holds him back. We hear the villain say "so youre hear" which gives us all a mini heart attack.

Suddenly we hear All Might's voice where I didnt pick up what he said followed by a gust of wind from his attacks where still being too afraid to take action we just stand there listening to what is happening between Bakugou, All Might and the villains. This moment I reflect on what the others have said about Kirishima's plan to rescue Bakugou where a lot were against it that now that were in this situation it I understand why they felt that way because now were trapped not knowing what to do.

Midoriya then tells us he has a plan where Iida says "you cant Midoriya" thinking he is planning to fight but Midoriya insists that he found a way for us to get out of here without fighting and save Bakugou at the same time which surprises us so we all ask him to tell us the plan. He explains that first of all it will depend on Bakugou where it wont succeed if he does it so Kirishima is the key to make the plan work.

The plan is Midoriya and Iida will use their quirks to propell themselves forward then Kirishima who is in front of them will use his hardening to break the wall then Todoroki makes a path of ice as high as he can where crossing it we will go as high as we can then when its the right time I will breathe a stream of fire into the air so it will be easier for Bakugou to spot us. This plan is a gamble because the distance and timing is everything but Iida suggests we should still go through with it because we only have one shot.

We sneak around the villains to carry out the plan where I have be carried on piggyback by Midoriya since with Kirishima in the middle and Iida on his other side me and Midoriya's weight combined can balance out Iida's weight. As Midoriya and Iida kick off the wall to propell I activate my scales to protect myself from the debris from the wall Kirishima breaks with his hardened arms, we then go uo the ice mountain Todoroki made where I hold on tight to Midoriya.

When we are already high enough Kirishima gives me the go signal so I breath a stream of fire into the air then he calls out to Bakugou who flies to us using his quirk grabbing Kirishima's hand where I stop my fire breath. Iida instructs Bakugou to create a blast when he gives the go signal but he argues saying he will be the one to decide so Kirishima tells him off saying its not the right time to fight now.

The magician villain who got Bakugou during the training camp flies to us but luckily Mount Lady who happened to be there uses her quirk to increase her size then blocks him from getting to us telling us to prioritize the rescue as she passes out from the impact from getting hit by the villain.

We finally land on the ground with Bakugou using his quirk to lessen the impact as Iida instructs me to use my fire breath to help with it where we head to the nearest train station after with Midoriya calling Todoroki asking where him and Yaomomo are as well as telling them where to meet us so while waiting for them we watch the news broadcasted on the big screen.
