Tale of a Short Warrior [Eijiro Kirishima x OC]

Final Battle Part 3

Mina's fight ends quickly with Tokoyami pushing her out of arena which surprises me and Tsu at how she lost but at the same time Tsu admits that Tokoyami's dark shadow is amazing blushing a bit where I ask her whispering if she likes him the romantic way where she whispers to me "yes I do". We notice Ochako still seems down so Tsu asks if shes still worrying about Midoriya where she admits she still is because he is having surgery afterall, Mineta then says its Recovery Girl doing it afterall so she shouldnt have to worry where Tsu agrees.

Up next is Kirishima vs Bakugou which excites me getting my mind off the fact Im going against Todoroki so I watch in anticipation where I take our my hankercheif to cover my mouth to hide my squeals like last time where this time Tsu and Ochako who I told about my crush on him covers me up so Kaminari and Sero who are Kirishima's friends wont notice and tell him. The fight starts with Kirishima throwing a punch at Bakugou with his hardened fist which he dodges only getting a cut on his face as he throws an explosion to Kirishima's abdomen which has no effect with Kirishima's hardened body.

The fight goes on with Bakugou dodging Kirishima's punches where as tempted as I was to cheer on Kirishima I couldnt because I was too shy so I just quietly said it, Mina then comes back noticing how hyped I am watching the fight so I didnt notice Tsu telling her "dont disturb Yuhi now" where Mina joins her and Ochako to cover me up like the besties they are to me.

Bakugou then throws an explosion to Kirishima once again making him wince in pain so I glare looking at Bakugou wishing I could just tell him not to hurt Kirishima. The fight continues as Kirishima is still standing even after a major explosion he countered it with his hardened body making my face hurt from smiling and my chest feel tight, needless to say my face was already red from fangirling that Tsu asked if I was ok then fanned me as I was getting light headed from blushing while Mina created a diversion to the others by talking to them.

Bakugou then launches repeated explosions at Kirishima until he gets knocked out which declares Bakugou as the winner much to my disappointment. President Mic then announces the next four players which is Todoroki, Me, Tokoyami and Bakugou where next is my turn to fight against Todoroki making my hands feel sweaty so Tsu and Ochako wish me luck where I proceed to the waiting room walking like a robot from feeling nervous.

Time felt so fast where it was time for the fight to begin so I stiffly walk to the stage hyperventilating from fear because not only is Todoroki stronger but he is also way bigger than me. President Mic announces "The first round of the semifinals. Theyre both the offspring of Pros, this is the battle of the elites. Hero course Yuhi Ryuzetsu vs Shoto Todoroki also from the hero course". I do my best to calm down and think of a strategy where remembering Midoriya's fight I predict that Todoroki will launch his ice attack at me knowing Im fireproof because of my quirk so it wont be a problem for me.

As President Mic announces the start of the match Todoroki launches ice at me while I activate my scales breathing fire at the ice to melt it as I charge to him melting all the ice attacks he launches at me. I finally get close to him about to punch him in the abdomen but he grabs my wrist which was like a twig in his rather large hands freezing my whole arm before I could fracture his hand.

I attempt to use my other hand to reach for his neck which is luckily within my reach in hopes of paralyzing him but he is just too quick where he grabs my other freezing it too. There was no time for me to defrost my arms with my fire breathe because Todoroki is just too fast that he can strike anytime so I channel my body heat to my arms to melt the ice while at the same time I jump up and head butt Todoroki on the chin and shove him with my body using all my strength but sadly it doesnt push him down because of our size difference where the top of my head reaches the middle of his chest.

The ice melts off my arms so I ignite my hands on fire before Todoroki pulls another move on me where I do my best to punch and kick him him but he dodges and blocks each of them the same way Bakugou did with Kirishima.

I then pull my final move of breathing a big stream of fire at him in hopes of over powering him but in the process a sudden strong gust of cold wind blows me back before my eyes while Im breathing fire which only melts some of the ice where next thing I notice Im frozen neck down in an ice mountain so I say "nice try but its not going to work" but Midnight announces "Ryuzetsu is out of bounds. Its Todoroki's victory" where it was then when I looked down noticing I was already off the stage. I breathe fire to the ice then slip out helping Todoroki melt the rest of it. In the meantime President Mic announces "Todoroki advances to the finals not using his fire".

While walking back to the spectators seat I call Dad telling him how upset I was losing to Todoroki where he says "dont worry Yu you did a good job and its already enough that you made it this far" so I reply "but it means Im not strong enough" so Dad assures me saying "your opponent is strong since he is Endeavor's son afterall so treat this as a lesson that you shouldnt underestimate others besides you have the new 2 years at UA to improve yourself", I then say "thanks Dad I love you" where he says "love you too Yu, see you later. Bye" so I say "bye" then hang up.

The following match is Bakugou vs Tokoyami ends where some of us wonder why Tokoyami is not attacking Bakugou who launches non stop explosions at him, Ochako then answers our question explaining that due to Bakugou's fire based attacks he can switch to offence which makes it him the worst opponent for Tokoyami. Bakugou then launches a major explosion called stun grenade causing a cloud of dust to appear on stage then after it clears up he is holding down Tokoyami with his hand lighting up with a big flame of explosion getting ready to finish him off, Tokoyami then surrenders causing Bakugou to win then he tells Midnight knowing Im his next opponent that he is also forfeiting his match against me admitting that he can no longer take fire based attacks.
