Chapter Seven
Silas
"the women with the highest walls, have the deepest love"

By the time Monday rolled around we were all worn out and ready to go home. Our night out on Saturday really hit us hard the next day, and Mason and I were the only two stuck in bed for a majority of Sunday.
Milo was on his feet early that morning, most likely due to the fact that alcohol is like water to him.
The girls insisted we stay at the hotel all day, and we did just that. Watching movies for most of the morning in the twins room while we all had breakfast. Then later on the girls dragged all four of us down to the pool for a swim.
Gavin, who we had met at the bar showed up at some point and hung out with us. Milo and him seemed to enjoy each other's company quite a bit too.
"I'll miss you guys." Gavin says as we load up the cars with bags. He's leaned against the outside of the hotel with a pair of black aviators over his eyes. His curly red hair glows an almost orange in the afternoon light as he fiddles with a silver chain around his neck.
Skye wraps him in a tight hug and ruffles his hair. "We'll miss you too Gav." She says.
"At least you got a chance to witness sober Milo before we left." Anna chuckles as she tosses her bag in the back of Skye's car.
Since Skye's finished school she decided she'd come back to the gym with us for a few days before she had to head back to her dorm in order to pack up all her belongings.
Anna was overjoyed by this news and it made me happy to see her so happy.
Milo laughs sarcastically at Anna, shutting the trunk of Masons car. "Very funny Ans. Besides, I'm not that bad while drunk." He says, sticking out his chest.
Gavin shakes his head at Milo as Skye releases her hold on him. "You fell flat on your face when someone bumped into you Lo. I don't think that would be considered charming."
"You found it charming." Griffin points out, leaning against the passenger door of Masons car.
Gavin's entire face lights up a bright red, his face matching the colour of his hair. "Shut up. That's irrelevant to my point." He says, hiding behind his hands.
We all laugh at his embarrassment.
I pat him on the shoulder as I pass, giving him a smile. "Don't worry about it Gav. We'll always remember how you fell head over heals for Milo." I joke.
He scowls at me in a playful manner as I head towards my bike. "Why did I even come to say goodbye, you're all so mean." He grumbles. "Besides, I can find any other man or woman if I wanted to. I don't have to rely on Milo."
"You shouldn't. I'd much rather we just stay friends anyways Gav, wouldn't want to break your heart." Milo pipes up.
"If only I had enough hands to count how many boys hearts you've broken Lo." Anna mumbles.
"No kidding." Mason adds as he leans into his car and starts the engine. He straightens out and looks at all of us with a dumb smile on his face. "Well, we better get going. Lance is expecting all of us for dinner tonight and I definitely don't want to miss out on his cooking." He groans.
