It had been a few days since they had blown up the GSS. There was actually quite a lot of news coverage over the whole thing which was quite good in the Sheep's favour. Other gangs that would see the news would know that the bomb went off in the sheep's territory and they would also know that half of the GSS just disappeared. That mission made the gang more fearsome.
He remembered when Chuuya and him finally made it back to the headquarters and the sheep members were all... celebrating. The energy was so full of life and Dazai enjoyed the atmosphere quite a lot. Some of the members even came up to him and thanked him-
He was glad that they were finally starting to trust him because if he wasn't trusted he'd never be able to officially get into the gang and start his plan on more or less stealing Chuuya from them. He still felt no loyalty to the sheep themselves but he did feel a loyalty to Chuuya.
Loyalty was something that Dazai hadn't really felt before. It was so strange, Chuuya made him feel so many things, that was why he wanted to keep him by his side and make him his dog. He was selfish, he wanted to use Chuuya to feel alive.
Was he really using Chuuya though? He would never force Chuuya to do something that he wasn't comfortable with and so far Dazai had barely even used his control over Chuuya from the bet.
He shook himself from his thoughts. Right now he was sitting in Chuuya's room just staring out of the window. It was only 6 am so he didn't want to make too much noise and wake anyone up (he was trying to get on their good sides after all)
He hadn't really slept at all last night he had too much to think about as always. He was mostly just going over the fine tuning of the plan and what he would do if any complications came up. The plan was quite simple really. Make the sheep less reliant on Chuuya and slowly take Chuuya for himself. That didn't mean that they'd fully leave the sheep though. Dazai understood that Chuuya would be crushed if he lost the Sheep because after all they were his family even if they were using him. He sighed. His head hurt slightly from the lack of sleep.
He stood up and quietly walked to the door. Maybe he'd go for a quick walk to get some fresh air and collect his thoughts before everyone woke up. He was already dressed because he couldn't sleep so all he had to do was grab his coat. He was quite happy because his ribs barley hurt anymore (he remembered the first time he had broken his ribs how they hurt for months after being broken due to healing improperly)
as quietly as he could he tiptoed down the stairs and too the front door. he looked over at the living room couch but it was faced away from him so he couldn't see Chuuya. Slowly he turned the lock on the door and was just about to leave when-
"Where are you going?" Chuuya asked from right behind him. Dazai spun around and saw Chuuya already dressed standing there with his hands on his hips.
"I- what are you doing up?" Was all he could muster together.
"I couldn't sleep. Now answer my question where are you going?" He said sternly.
"I'm just going for a walk nothing more. I didn't want to wake up the others so that's why I'm sneaking around." He said, he would've teased Chuuya at this point but he didn't want him to get suspicious or anything so it was better to just be honest.
"I'm coming with you then!" He suddenly said quickly grabbing his jacket and putting it on. Dazai sighed, it'd be hard to think with him and his energetic energy around but whatever.
"Why are you so interested on taking a walk? It's 6 in the morning aren't you tired?" He asked hypocritically because he was also up at 6 am taking a walk.
"I hate that stupid fucking couch, I can't stand sleeping on it another night so I'm taking you with me to get you a bed." He explained tiredly.
Dazai couldn't help but laugh a little, "Whats so funny?!!" He said angrily poking Dazai in the shoulder.
