Father is dead! When he learned how Elfaba turned wicked, he died of shame! I am now the governor of Munchkin land. Boq will be going with me to my palace tomorrow after the funeral. I am so glad he said yes otherwise I would have had to order him to go. I know now that I cannot let him go! He is the last person I have left! Mother and Father are both dead, and Elfaba has abandoned me so I have no one to love me but Boq! And even he cannot love me while I am in this chair! The only person who might be able to help me is currently flying around OZ terrorizing people! I have decided that since I cannot live without Boq, I will make a law that no Munchkins can ever leave Munchkin land! It must be done! He will never stay with me otherwise. Well I will go and get ready for the funeral.
