Upon heading home on the Enterprise, Serenity turned to Spock.
"Do you know where your father is? There is someone you both need to see before going anywhere else. If you don't, I'll have to use my Admiral status to keep you here, " Serenity told him. Spock just looked at her, slightly bewildered.
"Go get your father, and meet me at the transporter room in 10 minutes, alright?" Serenity asked sighing. Spock's eyebrows furrowed slightly, but he nodded. She touched fingertips with him briefly before he left. One minute after he left, Serenity transported herself back onto the Blackout.
"How you doing, girl? Is our guest still alright?" The ship hummed in response.
"Good girl. Tasha, please fetch me Amanda Greyson. It is time for her to be reunited with her vulcan family safely, " Serenity ordered. Tasha turned towards her captain and saluted. "Taisa, stay latched on to the Enterprise until it has landed on Earth. Await further instructions afterwards," Serenity continued. 5 minutes later, Tasha came back with Spock's mother. "Amanda. It is now time to fulfill my promise. Take my hand and we shall teleport to your family, " Serenity instructed. Amanda took her hand. Both women closed their eyes, and with a flash of gold light, teleported into the Enterprise transporter room. The women felt arms immediately wrap themselves around them as well as heard gasps, and as they opened their eyes, they were stunned to find two very emotionally compromised vulcans hugging them.
"Sarek! Spock! You're crushing me!" Amanda managed to cry out. Immediately Sarek let go, and Spock began to imitate his father.
"Oh no you don't! I actually like hugging you! Please don't take that away Háfiēlroñ, Iás velõ mìlēn, " Serenity pleaded. Spock looked into her incredibly gorgeous galaxy eyes. He paused for a split second, then returned into her embrace.
"Only for you Mílcëń," Spock told her. He turned his head to his mother and father. "She is my Thy'la. She has saved me on multiple occasions, and she gave me back my mother." He turned back to Serenity. "I can think of no other logical alternative. Serenity... will you perform the mind-meld with me?" Spock found himself holding his breath. He didn't need to worry. Seconds later her lips smashed into his, and an instant connection was born. Suddenly he could feel the things as she did, hear things, see things. He knew how it felt to be her. He felt a strange sensation as he found himself looking at his own body for a moment, then found himself back to normal.
'Of course I will. I love you, Spock. And that will never ever change. Your essence is now linked with mine. I am now trully yours, and you are undoubtedly mine. ' Serenity told him through the mind-meld.
'Fascinating, 'Spock responded. Serenity broke the kiss, just before Jim entered the room.
"There you are! I've been looking all over for you." He looked to Spock's hands around Serenity's waist. "Sis, what happened?" Serenity looked towards Spock and nodded.
"I am now what I believe the earth term to be is brother-in-law. "
"What!"
